Re: Just a thought - RNS "Chris Williams, son of Judith is best known as "Chris Oil"", AKA k. d. lang
If you made some money, go to OXS & dyor. Reward worth some risk.
Re: Just a thought - RNS Chris Williams, son of Judith is best known as "Chris Oil",smallcap oil share blogger & investor. As a cash shell with a couple of marginal projects and possibly 0.075p cash per share including placing proceeds Chris possibly thought NEW had some upside from the price he paid and a 10% holding could put him in a position to influence direction.NEW has been paid for the shares by those who were allocated the shares in the original placing;as the company indicated in the placing notice, most including I suspect those who forward sold the shares they had paid for assumed the company had the means of delivering the shares. To some extent NEW is also in trouble if it cannot get the placing away by its original means or revised open offer as it would have to return the gross placing proceeds & will rack up large additional costs.
Just a thought - RNS So we now have a RNS this morning reporting that the Wiliams family have allegedly tried to requisition a meeting which has been rejected as not not being within the Jersey rules.Reported in Times and elsewhere that it was the son of Judith Williams who allegedly runs a B&B in Malvern, who bought the shares for his mum. He apparently wanted to buy 10% of NEW but mistakenly thought the placing had already happened. My thought - irrespective of the mistake, he thought a good investment to buy 10% of NEW which must amount at the time to around £100k. That is a lot of faith in the company or a plan to do something with NEW. Now we have the apparent requisition RNS. Interesting.Or maybe somebody staying at the B&B thought NEW a good investment for the deals to come with the placing money 😉
some big guys.. fat lady isn't singing yet

Re: Lovely Just sharing a story. Don't read it if you don't like it. For some reason it makes no difference that I failed to buy. I made the right decision. It was a spike.
