Re: Interest Had 'em for a number of years - consistently good yield and 4 dividends a year. No growth in the share price in that time.

Re: Interest Just saw Don Huan's posting and the yield is still in the region of 6%. Is there a problem or is it a good yielder?

Are these trusts worth paying a premium for? An analysis of popular trusts that are on a premium includes the following on NYCF:Carthew believes the size of the premium is too high at current levels. ‘The trust takes a bit of a different approach but I think it is the wrong price,’ he said. ‘The portfolio can be replicated so the size of the premium is not justified. People are after yield but it only makes sense to pay a significant premium in an area which you can’t invest in yourself, such as infrastructure.' See more at: [link]
