News! Non-execs starting legal action to take control of Chinese subsidiaries, funded by loans from certain shareholders. Those shareholders must believe there is some value here. Sure to be tortuous though.

Re: No news? The British directors are behaving appallingly here IMO. So far they have announced no communication at all with the Chinese operation and, in the face of a likely out and out fraud have hired KPMG to go over the books. What is the point of doing that if you know the numbers are likely to be a fiction?There are daily flights to several Chinese cities and plenty of internal airlines and the most obvious way to find out what is going on is for directors to get off their backsides and visit company HQ. This would reveal far more than KPMG ever could IMO.

Re: No news? I now see that last July you said "One day the market will wake up to the potential of this share." You were correct but not in the way you meant it: people woke up to the fact it was a fraud. Sadly the non execs and the Nomad were one of the last to do so.But I'm sure you'll wish to thank Uphillstruggle and the other members of the muppetchoir who kept repeating that it couldn't possibly be a fraud for a whole bunch of reasons none of which pointed to that conclusion at all e.g. the accounts are audited - so are the accounts of all companies which turn out to be frauds and so on and so on, because they have custard where their brains are meant to reside and they wouldn't know a sensible investment from a dustbin lid.

Re: No news? Ahem. I don't think it is going to be lifted. Read the announcements. The exec directors have disappeared (the CEO is reported to be in jail). The 'cash pile' (if it ever existed, which I doubt) has disappeared with them. Naibu was a fraud, as some people had been saying for a while before even the company's own directors finally admitted as much.

If you had then you'd have noticed I bought just after Simon Thompson's recommendation in Feb 2014.... And sold at near the top... Then got back in much lower. All In all I'm up an amazing £302.... Down £198 if the fat lady stops singing. Oh by the way Orchard... Get a life.

It's not over until the fat lady has sung I see Orchard is ranting again. As I said... I only have £500 invested.. I made money on NBU.. So I really don't care if it goes under... Daniel Stewart was also dead according to you... It now back and living... "It's not over until the fat lady has sung" I do hold 5000 odd TCG.. Oh they went up 25% on Friday
