Re: For paccamac Magnificent or magnanimous?I certainly stand corrected that Naibu found a new NOMAD but my original assertion was that they would be suspended not that they would 'fold'. I was certainly wrong in my belief that there wouldn't find a new NOMAD but in truth I was not familiar with the likes of ZAI corporate finance or that LSE granted licences to such bottom feeders. The fact of the matter is that ZAI have a truly dreadful client portfolio and they did not pay a visit to China so they can't in any way have fulfilled their duty to investors like you in checking the veracity of the business. We'll agree to disagree with regards the scam. The red flags here are as blatant and obvious as any PLC I've seen prior to it being found out and I stand behind everything I've said in the past. Good luck though nonetheless.
Re: For paccamac "I think you were way over the top saying that Daniel Stewart companies were going to fold in a few days."You obviously missed the fact that the shares in a number of former DS clients have indeed been suspended as they have failed to appoint an alternative bucket shop. Sorry, Nomad.
Re: Shame you missed out Orchard Gate The principal function of capital markets is not wealth creation but efficient capital allocation, so moving wealth from the likes of Loadsastupid posts to others is to be welcomed. He thinks Naibu and Polo are both good companies, despite their shares falling by c 90% in a year. He thinks he can celebrate an uptick in the Naibu share price and that people will somehow forget that he had them as a strong buy when they were worth 600% of today's value. I could go on but why bother - the guy is clearly a dolt.
For paccamac "Loadsa - I wish you well here I really do but the company is a fraud and will, eventually, be shown as such."Well thank you; that is magnificent of you after all the banter. However you needn't worry as I don't have my life savings in NBU or CAMK much to, I suspect, orchard's dissappointment.Banter asside. I think you were way over the top saying that Daniel Stewart companies were going to fold in a few days. It was always highly odds-on favourite that they would simply get a different NOMAD as they have all done. You must also admit that selling and buying back would have proved a costly move. As for suggesting I buy the company; as soon as I tried to buy any significant number of shares, the price would rocket so your hypothetical scenario of buying it for less than cash value is not possible. As for NBU being a scam, the lack of director buys at these levels might well indicate that but then why haven't they already packed up and gone? They have the IPO money. Some placing shares were taken up by the director. If it was a scam, wouldn't they be making it all sound rosy and not admitting mistakes over factories and issuing pofit warnings. Why do that when they could scam the price up and offload shares? The share price being so low does indicate risk/worry but it wasn't all that long ago that you could have picked up Taylor Wimpey shares for 4p; they are 130p now! No gain without risk I'm afraid. I hope they recover but at current levels it is not worth selling out as there is not much left to lose but potentially a huge amount to gain.
Re: Shame you missed out Orchard Gate The sorts of things that Orchard Gate indicates he would like to spend said money on plundered from 'the dim' shows him to be a shallow person attracted to things that will ultimately bring no pleasure or happiness. Is he less dim? I doubt it.
Re: Shame you missed out Orchard Gate "After all the stock market is a mechanism for re-cycling wealth from the dim to the less dim"If that were true, close it all down IMVHO and it is typical of the spivvy, selfish, solipsistic place that the City has become that the main purposes of finance - and of wealth creation - have largely been forgotten.
Re: Shame you missed out Orchard Gate Orchard my man - you have a wonderful way with words!
Re: Shame you missed out Orchard Gate My farts have more logic and are more pleasant than your utterings; fact.
Re: Shame you missed out Orchard Gate "Eh? How do you work that one out? Where am I denying I said it? "Well, let me take you through it step by step, conscious as I am that you find logic a bit tricky(1) you said "had I followed your and OG's advice ..." your eyeballs would have fallen out or something.(2) I pointed out that I had never offered such advice to you(3) You then said "well, paccamac did" So can you see that you (a) made a claim as to what I had said which was incorrect and then (b) rather than acknowledge the error and apologise you, in effect, attempted to deny your own post (or that part where you attributed to me something I never said). He wishes you well in your investment. I dont. I hope you lose the lot. After all the stock market is a mechanism for re-cycling wealth from the dim to the less dim, and youre clearly set on blowing money on dogs and scams (you think Polo is a good company ignoring the fact the shares have collapsed in value) so it is better that the money you got from your paper round is moved on to people like me who can spend it properly on hookers, gin and 65 curved 4K TVs.
Re: Shame you missed out Orchard Gate Loadsa - I wish you well here I really do but the company is a fraud and will, eventually, be shown as such. This might still make it a great buy in the short term but only if more people fall for it. The reason the PE is less than 1 is not because you have found some diamond in the rough it's because the rest of the market and all sensible professional/institutional investors see it for what it is.Alternatively, if you believe the numbers simply raise a few million and buy the whole thing outright. You could immediately then repay yourself several times over with the cash they are sitting on. Bargain!PS - I assume you haven't spoken yet to ZAI about their due diligence? I have and it's quite clear that they didn't do any.
Re: Uphill Struggle Ref. "Dividend will be restored to this "scam"... Mark my words. "Maybe, but why do you think we see no directors buying at these low levels? If the fundamentals are as stated, they would benefit much more bu buying up shares than restoring the dividend.
Re: Shame you missed out Orchard Gate "One minute this joker has you saying "had I followed your and OG's advice I would, as Hardboy pointed out, have been 50% worse off!" and the next you're denying you said it."Eh? How do you work that one out? Where am I denying I said it? It is perfectly true, I would have been 50% worse off selling at sub 9p to buy back in at 14p as per paccamac's advice.
Re: Shame you missed out Orchard Gate "Oh don't you just love it... I said it would bounce."Yes I do love your shameless short term memory. You said it would bounce did you. You also said it was a "strong buy" at 92p, and bragged about having "got in" at 88p. So down 83% but you're proud of your track record.Companies like Naibu probably rely on people as dim as this.
Re: Shame you missed out Orchard Gate Errr ...loadsadrivel I think someone might have hacked your account and is posting things just to make you look stupid. One minute this joker has you saying "had I followed your and OG's advice I would, as Hardboy pointed out, have been 50% worse off!" and the next you're denying you said it.Classic dumb PE posts. Recommends everyone buys despite warnings from others. Share price collapses almost 90% but continues to recommend buying so that when shares rise a few pence but still down 85% claims this as a victory and his vindication. forgetting that he is still hugely underwater and bleeding from his eyeballs. What a total clown.
Re: Shame you missed out Orchard Gate Oh don't you just love it... I said it would bounce. I bought at 11.70p... Long way to 80p but at least it's heading in the right direction. At these prices it's still worth a mini punt... Like mine still up £800 on the year so far. Who cares where it has got to now...80p is history... It's where it's going that matters. I will say it again... If you aren't investong why bother posting rubbish comments? Dividend will be restored to this "scam"... Mark my words.
