MH3834 yes i'd like to see that as well, clearly not fact based ! NBR have cleared the balance sheet pending an acquisition, when I spoke to the BOD they basicallly said clearing the balance sheet with NBR was a reset for them and they are looking at various opportunities but of course they cannot say anything until any deal is done. We all wait with interest !
Re Project news expected...actually it's a diamond mine that is more likely at present, like everyone holding just awaiting for he BOD to confirm. IMHO this will fly on positive news, but of course DYOR etc etc
FACTS 4.75 was paid by directors but as has been correctly pointed out this was to avoid tipping Lord Sheppard over 29% ownership etc etc. Publicly NBR have stated intent to purchase an assett. They are in talks. But we dont yet know when a deal will be done. Acquisition could require finance. This could (and has) moved on speculation in the interim but IMO its the next RNS which is key and if it's good news then we should see results, DYOR maybe speak the BOD ? I spoke to Brian Moritz and he was a pleasure to speak to. His hands are of course tied in terms of what details he can provide but i'm invested here and wanted to ask a few questions as part of my research.
ones enough
This has legs and the next RNS will be key here. The directors are invested and actively looking at potential assets to purchase. I have spoken to the BOD today and found them very helpful and approacheable. Of course they cannot comment on specifics but their rapid response to my questions gives me further confidence and I will continue to hold my position and await details of the next move with interest.
Nice bounce from this morning
Interesting day of posts here, and some blatant de-ramping! NBR has legs just need the acquisition RNS
The new shares were convereted last Friday the 20th, we experienced a slight dilution on the day and now sitting awaiting details of the company's next step. Which is likely to be an acquisition of an income producing mine. This may require financing, but as I have said before this still seems a good opportunity IMHO and when the BOD announce their next step / acquisition I expect this to move north nicely.
thisisdentifiesme id.... anoys me
this one is what it is, no income, no debts, directors in at 4.75p who must be wanting a return unless their particulalry charitable! AS posted before expectation is that they will announce aquisition of a mine and thats when it will get very interesting IMO.
Good to see this moving towards where it abolutely should
p.s. I clearly cannot spell ! and the current MM's spread is rediculous
IMO this is all about a potential acquisition, they hav eboon looking at options for months (see RNS's), they hve the funds, I believe no debt and I anticipate an announcement. It's been said on here before but the directors have invested at 4.75p per share, you would simply not do that unless expecting a favourable return. Acquisition news will set this move strongly, current price IMO is very low
Well there's the 15% dilution, lets see what happens now !
