Re: Offer. cheerio everyone, I think its a good deal for the equity house but anyway........100p is ok for me.222
Offer. Reasonable price & useful return on investment,I admit that I had not expected a takeover as I thought the large pension fund & shortfall left over from its past,as Perrys relative to its size, made it rather unattractive.
Re: bye bye quindell The bulk of the shares have gone to three disclosed institutions including Miton Funds who have bought back the holding they sold to Quindell making a useful profit!I expect the remaining shares have been placed in smaller parcels to other smallcap funds.
Re: bye bye quindell "That will put a dampner on here for a bit I guess as there will be an overhang"Do you use a crystal ball Tom as I think your is broken.
Re: bye bye quindell Let's wait and see what the RNS says before jumping to any conclusions.
Re: bye bye quindell I assume the shares have gone to long term institutional holders;should in due course benefit valuation of the company with the removal of a very large shareholder.I think Investors Chronicles Simon Thompson has put an approx £1 target on share price recently.
Re: bye bye quindell Flipped the stock at 65p too. That will put a dampner on here for a bit I guess as there will be an overhang.
bye bye quindell Guessing that today has seen the back of quindell from the shareholder list. My what a fantastic shareholder they were.... await the RNS to confirm.
FT Article If true, this is positive for NARS,.."Insurers and motorists are facing a shortage of repair shops after the closure of more than 1,500 businesses in the past decade. With a third of garages out of business, the scale of closures means there will soon be insufficient repair capacity to meet demand, a study by Trend Tracker, the automotive industry research group, found....... " FT
good forecasts coming from NARS feels like 100p really.......
Re: QPP RNS Hopefully in due course TX2 will stop commenting on Quindell and will leave this board in an orderly fashion. His indirect comments are not helping either companies and put off other investors as they probably fear TX2 will comment on one of their boards. Does TX2 have any representation in either board? That is the paradox!
Re: Upgrade 55p target
Re: QPP RNS Hopefully in due course Quindell will sell their stake here in an orderly fashion to institutional investors regardless of what happens to them.Their indirect investment is not helping the company and puts off other investors as they probably fear it could come under their influence.Quindell have no board representation.
QPP RNS Complete denial of any plans to sell its stake in NAR.[link] due diligence
