Re: Turning point Agree that this is very important - the buyer is also putting up the capital which will be "balance sheet strengthening" - as long as they make milestones - if the company dont mess those up looking only positive for the coFD
Up > 40% - well deserved Great news today, matching the good progress for TV screens.NANO share price could increase significantly now this year as the new TV screen technology takes up the majority of the market share for the delivery of 4K plus resolution, high quality colour screens with new integrated streaming/internet/TV channel technology.I'm finally back at break-even, with high hopes for the future.
Re: RNS - new agreement At last some good news with regards this company . I believe in the technology its just been a long time coming .
Turning point It says 'novel' nano particles ... possibly then a new product line.It feels like a turning point -- like the one we went whoopee for when Dow struck the deal (at about £1 per share as I recall) ... but we're older and wiser now.The last share I put a Buy on promptly tanked (since recovered) so I won't jinx this one, but if these are new particles, display sales already look good, so maybe, just maybe ....Whoopeee!!!
Re: RNS - new agreement bigger positive response than expected....up 30% to 31p....
Re: RNS - new agreement EXCELLENT NEWS!
Re: RNS - new agreement This is fantastic news. So either going above the 1000kg of dots Runcorn can produce at the moment or new materials.I would guess it must be dots though and hopefully it means we're already close to producing the 1000kg for other customers. That would put NANO into profit which is all I'm looking for at the moment.I also never suspected we would do well in the US. They don't appear to give rats a** about the environment, especially under Trump, so I didn't expect the cadmium free nature of NANO's products to be of interest.... and with the CAPEX covered!Funny that there's been an increase in volume and fairly significant SP drop in the run up to this news. Even with the recovery yesterday NANO didn't. Wonder if it will today.
RNS - new agreement here's hoping this new commercial agreement with a 'large US listed corporation' will put a baseline under the sp and push it higher. The fact they are paying for the expansion sounds good but it depends on how they then pay for the dots in relation to recouping their costs.
Horticultural lighting I am sure we all know that NANO produce Horticultural lighting:[link] cannot find any information but does anyone know anyone from NANO will be trying to sell their wares at the Horticultural Lighting Conference in the Netherlands?[link] am struggling to see where NANO sell the lighting.I do believe NANO could and should promote the company more.
Dow now selling CFQDs Dow are now producing and selling commercial quality CFQDs according to a new presentation on the Nanoco website. The presentation given at the Needham 20th annual growth conference 2018 says "South Korean factory producing and selling commercial quality CFQDs". (slide 6).
Breakthrough? Strong demand for NANO today

Re: Sony, Samsung using AUO QD Panels! AU Optronics, the world's no. 3 panel manufacturer.[link]
Re: Sony, Samsung using AUO QD Panels! Hi there. I apologise if sounds thick but who or what is AOU ?
Re: Sony, Samsung using AUO QD Panels! I read that. Great find. I'm not sure I can bring myself to believe it yet because of the need to translate. It certainly looks true though and if so we're in for a very good 2018!The Forbes impressions of the Sony screen are fantastic...[link] and there must be a rush to get them on the (more rarified) shelves before the World Cup which is going to broadcast in 8K in Korea.
