Short and sweet Price may have drifted off over last 6-12 months but report is still short and sweet......don't have the impression there is any real concern. Whatever comes along they will just deal with. Nice increase in divi with good cover.PE

Nice move A bit weird, nothing on the day of the election results then a delayed spike higher on Monday , the move up in all the other real estate related stocks seemed to miss us then someone must have realized the cheapest stock in the sector had been left out ....

Re: IC says sell... haha strange , not so long ago they were saying sell , now with the price waaay higher it is topping the list of the bargain shares for 2015 , don't they talk to each other at the IC , from a sell its the cheapest share out there , all it took was publishing the revaluation which moved it to the top of the value screen , but we all knew the value was there all along !

High Peak There may be a slight pull back as Thursday is ex. interim dividend day. 3.9m shares in issue and the share has been purchased with confidence recently. Mulling whether to take myprofits or sell half to be safe. Any views appreciated. What are the broker's views?

Still making a good profit I especially favour this line in their trading statement, which only needs to be brief ..................... ' ' Mountview continues to make good purchases and remains well funded ' '

Re: Continuously Rising - Nice MTVW's certainly proved a good investment for me, up 36% in the space of 3 months. In fact generally all of my property investments have held up well against the recent sell offs in other sectors and commodities. But MTVW's been the icing on the cake and with the heavy discount to NAV still a reasonable buy, Its times like this I wish I'd committed more dosh but I generally don't invest any more than 4.5% in any one investment at one time and since then it's really taken off.

Continuously Rising - Nice Just amazing that it turned around from being down 65p early morning to £1 - 45 up on the day.Handsome interim dividend going ex. 19th Feb. too.[link]

Re: Prospects for investors With the changes in stamp duty and RICS forecasting growth in the regions outside London next year along with the discount to NAV. I'd expect the growth in share price to continue so it's a buy for me.

Prospects for investors I was told there were less than 4m shares in issue and with demand high and profits rising steadily, this was a company going places and should not be overlooked. May buy in soon asthey boast a £1 interim dividend too ! ( feb. 2015)

Nav 160.25 The true nav is now revealed to be 160.25 per share and LTV gearing is only 12% at market values, this is still very cheap !

350 mio gbp of hidden value ! So they finally came clean and revealed that 660 mio value of property is in the books at 316 mio , so they have the whole market cap of the company hidden away !
