Re: Movement up on Volume Gold Miner Big digits, little phone syndrome

Finances for the next 12 months I have had a look at the finances for the next 12 months, MTL have to pay $26 million in total by 4 payments, the 1st payment due on 31st March 2017 being the smallest, the $26 million includes capital repayments plus interests plus arrangement fee, interest being a sum total of the US Libor rate (1.35%) plus variable interest (4.75% post completion or 5.75% pre completion) Arrangement fee for the rescheduled payment scheme cost $1 million to be paid in the 1st year only, if the running costs are £46 million per year the total costs for the annum will be $72 million. At the design throughout production of 96000 ounces per annum of Gold @ $1200/ounce should produce $115 million in sales$115 million sales less £72 million costs leaves $43 million profit untaxed as agreed by the Phillipine government, that equates to 2.1 cents per share (share price currently 6.3 cents) That's a share price of just 3 x future earnings, very undervalued, I still think this should triple from here and be fair value No brainier, looking forward to news on the current production, if they have 3 months at design throughput, they will be certified completion, the end of build phase and the start of An actual Gokd miner.

Re: Movement up on Volume It's poor if larger shareholders fail to update market when going through 1% increments. But not all companies bother to update the market which seems to be poorly regulated.Perhaps the new nomad might get some clarification from large shareholders on recent activity?I get the feeling news is not too far away now as its gone quiet on volumes lol!HUB

Re: Movement up on Volume No RNS so looks like some stron buyin has taken place by who is the question, any decent buying and this i repeat will shoot up looks like they need some stock at the moment. News cannot be far away now i would hazard a guess.

Re: Movement up on Volume A holdings RNS would be good so we can gauge the reason for the huge volume over the last few days. If we don't get one tomorrow then we probably won't as that would mean 3 days since all the 'exchange' of shares seemed to cease.Nevertheless, if the seller has cleared we should soon be departing the 5p range and dare I say double figures if a positive update on production turns up

senn1965 24 Jan 2017

Re: Movement up on Volume I would say the seller hasdone and any buying will see this go up from now not much free float so watch this space.

Re: movement up just a matter of waiting for the news to flow.Gold price firming nicely over last few days and looks good for a run to 1300 before Q1 is out based on my projections.HUB

Re: movement up Agree that the share offer is most likely taken up, any shares now will be private sells an buys, think this will creep up till news flow, then movement will pick up pace if the news is as good as I feel it will be, hoping for £10 to £15 million gold recovery, that should ease any money issues

Re: Senn/Hub Hi Senn,Thanks for taking the time to get back to me. I may be missing something but PAF are already very profitable, 4 mines producing, cash generating and paying a healthy dividend - and have been doing so for years. Just looking at their gold operations, they're producing well over 200,000oz per annum at one of the lowest costs in South Africa and the mines have predicted resources ranging from 14 - 22 years. There's also platinum and coal to take in to the equation so just wondering if we're talking about the same PAF ? Apologies to others - I realise this is a thread for the PAF board so I'll stop banging on about this now .All the best SSP

Re: Simple valuations Yes, something in the future strangely has a very odd pull on some folks, defies all logig, when you have someone producing or about to, with all the infrastructure in place ect over something that is years away with all the future hoops to overcome. Hub is correct in that when the last few bits fall into place this should do very nicely thank you.Senn.
