$4 million gold Nice to see that the plant during testing and commissioning spat out $4 million of gold, in hand now and ready to sell, nice to see actual results from an investment, as over 90% of aim stocks are just potential to make a fortune, but potential usually ends up a disappointment, when the share price booms on promise and bust on results, only a few make any money, most are suckered into dreams and lose their cash finding out.

Re: Chunky buying BAKER STEEL CAPITAL's last RNS showed 6.7% and 137mil shares.It's unclear whether they are just reducing back down to levels prior to the last placing or of course .... clearing out entirely.We should know soon what their plans are as a 0.71% drop will require another holdings RNS as they slide through 6%.0.7% is roughly 14m shares. The last 3 days of trading has seen a decent 15m traded possibly more.Ruffer have offloaded a few too.It's not unusual to see some weight reduced after a placing as it's the cash raised that is important to the company and not necessarily the retained holdings. I'm sure Ruffer and BSC would prefer to offload these at 5.5p or higher but then again their intention might actually be a simple one... raise funds for the business and begin to unwind II positions into pi positions to rebalance the stock and improve liquidity going forwards.It's almost like the old seda funding but in reverse. II's provide the funding and get the equity. Then pass equity through market to pi's.Without this activity (selling) going on, this stock would be 10p+ today based on the 15m of buys or more over the last few days and taking into account free float.It's being managed which is why the sp has not budged more.It's going to be very easy to instigate a sizable rise in this stock if or when the II's decide the time is right. They just have to switch off the taps and the mm's will be scrambling for stock.Certainly one to watch closely as if good news is released and the ii's sit on their hands, this could jump very quickly.HUB

Re: Chunky buying You will have a good idea when the overhang is done, watch out for some odd share trade numbers on the buy side, normaly a good indicator from the mm's that there work is coming to an end, and normal buy sell volume will then dictate the sp.Strong buy at 5p imho.Senn

Lots of buying today Big numbers getting snapped up again, 250000, 300000, around a million an hour, wont take long to soak up the 5p shares, then it will be only private investors shares available, and who would let them go for 5p, not me, this will double very quickl, just took another 50000 today strong buy

Re: Chunky buying I do like the fact that II own most of the stock, mine looks the biz with much more to come on the exploration front in the area, as well as 1.3 mill of reserves for 10 years+ on the ground as it stands, open surface to boot. added a tranch today anything at around 5 looks good as an entry here. I would expect news Feb as that will be 3 months into ramp up just about.Gl allSenn.

Re: Chunky buying Currently sliding the rule over this one senn but agree with you on the increase in volume/chunky buys. With almost 75%+ in II's hands, it would be fair to say that those players control where this one is going.If volumes continue like today's trading then you'll see the end of that overhang pretty quickly assuming the ii's selling are not clearing out but doing a little window dressing.That aside, there does seem to be some positive progress in terms of the debt repayment plans. If they get through a a few of those repayments ok (and without further delays) then this should begin to properly rerate. At 5p, it's trading at the II's placing price which is a potential gift for newbies. Although, long term holders with averages near 15p+ or even 20p+ must be looking on with envy.Still a bit of research left to do but certainly looks another interesting play on Gold. If the market seeks some safety in H2 (due to dollar and dow topping off) PoO could top 1300 again.HUB
