Re: RNS Thanks - useful.I will wait until I understand more about the funding then. seems to me this could be a problem for the stock for some time.
Re: So as per my 27/04 post What's your take please onedb1?
Re: RNS useful article here [link] they could not get enough interest to get this IPO away. Be careful, as this may mean other types of funding are explored.
Re: RNS don't own but was considering buyingwhat concerns me around this statement is....1) market conditions - would have imagined as reasonably positive and biotech has certainly more than bottomed over recent months. Suggests to me that brokers have had trouble placing the stock at anywhere near acceptable levels - i.e. the 60p+ mark. Why - that seems odd to me as they would have done soundings prior to taking on the placing I would have thought.2) Do they need the placing cash from US IPO? If so then one of two things happen. either they have to do placing in UK (discount to current price??) or can they wait to do in US later? Markets are quite high at the moment - whilst I'm not a doom monger by any stretch I do think there is quite a high risk of a decent pullback anytime in the near future. If that arises can't see Motif raising higher than today.leaves me in a quandary. feel like I'm not being told something by the RNS. Lack of information should tell me not to take the plunge yet.Anyone have better information or insight than my ramblings?
RNS In the RNS they have "deferred pricing of its proposed public offering of American Depositary Shares ("ADSs" and listing of ADSs on the NASDAQ Global Market"Deferred pricing? Also they say that this is "as a result of market conditions"But Nasdaq and IShares Biotech ETF are at six month highs, so what market conditions?[link] haggling over listing price or a suitor???
Nasdaq delay Hi allthis delay will scupper the current trend ......for a while anyway!. very annoying delay.Pally
70 pence The old 52 week high is only thruppence higher.Hope it all goes well on Thursday on Nasdaq.Biotech is beginning to recover from the last 1/2 year.
Re: NASDAQ ? Thanks for the link. Same minute as I wrote!
Re: NASDAQ ? Maybe today, as sp is up 6% this morning

NASDAQ ? I thought it was supposed to list there last week.
Updated Chart Hi OneI'm still holding from when you gave the original heads up! Thanks!I've since added two more tranches so holding is now complete. Here's my hourly chart showing price in uptrend, breakout of RSI downtrend combined with the shift of the RSI into its bullish range capped off with a large bullish engulfing candle this morning. So in other words, this is looking quite positive.[link]
