Chinese Property ( Massive Director Buy ) MPO… XXXXX 174p When i last posted mid Oct 2017. It climbed to 200p buy July 2018 , now back at this years lows of 143p . That Director has lost on his top up thus far.

Discount to NAV Despite the sp rising well over 10% this year, the discount to NAV stands at just under 28%. Yes it's risky but Macau is the only place for the Chinese to be able to gamble legally. With the rise in the wealth of Chinese middle class, Macau is an obvious attraction. I suspect that if the Chinese government was to make gambling illegal there, it would be like killing the golden goose. I have held shares in MPO for over 12 months and it shows a paper capital gain of over 20%.Casa.

Chinese Property ( Massive Director Buy ) Noticed a Director buy here of £230,000.Cant work china out , the people appear very conservative.
