Dont be had If anyone in the media does a report that lays heavy emphasis on what the share price was in the heady days it will probably mean they want to suck in uneducated PIs for their mates in the city wanting to dump.This company is a basket case. It was a basket case when it bought Marko Media. It was explicitly saying we need to buy another company that doesn't really fit with ours as Monitise is not going to be anywhere near the size of PayPal.Monitise history is littered with failed businesses. Its first venture was a 2 factor authentication business (I forget what it was called but its gone now). Then we got Simply Tap another venture that disappeared which I don't think they released on RNS to tell us about it. It bought Marko Media and has done nothing with it. Reminds me of when Scoot.com bought Loot and I think shareholders lost about 99% on Scoot in the end.What we are left with is a app business that hasn't moved the game ahead. They will need the money from Marko to chug along for a while. But what I'm focussing on is life after VISA. Not the dumping of shares, no we all know about that. I'm talking about the potential loss of revenue streams.I still don't believe the jam tomorrow we have been promised. There have been so many targets missed, why should I.

Re: WORTH A PUNT? A clear case of insider dealing but given current CEO previously dumped stocks days before largest customer/shareholder (Visa) announced it was terminating relationship. And who managed that relationship? Oh yes, same guy.Good luck to all in this bucket shop.

Re: WORTH A PUNT? Ain't it amazing! This share rose was suddenly up 12.5% v.early this morning, a bit later +22% and onwards to +40%. THEN an RNS 11:40am about possible disposal of part of business.Someone somewhere got a leak on this before the RNS!

A feint stirring from its coma? I've built a small position over the last few weeks here and would like to build it out further but I'm looking for more signs of life?If I get to grow it a bit more I'm open to short term trading some of my position too.

Re: So happy for everyone here sorry to read that artee7if its of any comfort I had a position in a gold mine that went to a similar crash to yours I learnt more from that mistake than from any other win and ever since I have completely changed Its the losses that I remember very well and that have taught me the best lessons On AIM once you see a 200 sma or 50sma turn down , just get out . Historically you would have not got it wrong in 9/10 times. Not saying MONI won't rebound though, as I don't follow it in too much detail ( just the TA not so much the fundamentals other than reading the RNSs ) , hopefully it will and you can recover your cash good luck ,
