Re: GOOD EVENING. DON'T YOU JUST LOVE MO... So, Ripley, is that a very, very convoluted way of admitting you were wrong? Or does you brain never allow you to admit that you might have been wrong about something?
Re: GOOD EVENING. DON'T YOU JUST LOVE MO... Mmm ... "technology caught up with it."Don't think so. I think they never caught up with the rapidly evolving technology!Just as long as the directors did well out of it (well better than the PIs) that's all OK then! Isn't it? (dog bawls
Re: GOOD EVENING. DON'T YOU JUST LOVE MO... Sold for 70 M .. To Fiserv .. 2.9p a fraction of it worth a few years before.CEO .. claimed in FT .. technology caught up with it.He did ok share investors lost .
Suspension pending announcement! Anyone able to shed light? Is this just the final sale going through at 3.1p or do we have a u-turn? Was hoping for a better offer but something better than nothing!
Re: hugh "Monitise will be over 7p shortly"When's that then?
Re: Where's Sir Singh gone? Could this be why?
Where's Sir Singh gone? He has less to say about this share these days LOL.
Re: Meetings postponed Some interesting movements on the share register since the offer was announced. MAN group have bought 65m (2.8%) via CFD's, Oddo Meriten Asset Management have bought 115.5m shares (5%) and MVN Asset Management have bought 36m (1.5%) in shares & swaps, bringing their total holding to 59m (2.5%).I suspect they'll all be angling for a higher price, but there's been no interest shown by another company so don't get your hopes up for a massively improved offer, maybe 3.1 or 3.2p per share. I'll be surprised if it's any higher. All IMHO Artji
Trading update If ever an announcement was made to justify the boards support of the disappointing bid price- that was it.Sounds like they have given up on trying to move forwards
Re: Meetings postponed "some major shareholders unhappy with the takeover price?"That is my interpretation too. Let us hope for some better offer.nk
Meetings postponed Interesting that the Court and General meetings have been postponed. Are some major shareholders unhappy with the takeover price?
lacking a spine Having banged on about how this would be a 10 bagger, double in value next week blah etc blah etc blah one might hope that a chap with spine would be back to admit he had been wrong all along. But it would appear "Dr Singh" lack both spine and common sense. In short, he's a coward and a fool, all wrapped up in one bit of worthless jelly.
Missing in action There was a time you couldn't get rid of "Dr Singh" on here, blethering on with his worthless opinions. Now he has become strangely mute about this dog.
He who laughs last Laughs the loudest"I need 6p plus. Not worried at all. " Sir Singh. Having previously declared he needed 10p to break even. How does 2.9p sound then?
Re: Swansong! Yep me too.
