Re: Tender Offer Sounds like a share consolidation, no details yet on the website. If it is say you get nX new shares in return for y old ones plus £x cash.Seems a bit odd that at the same time as paying out they are taking in the Chinese money. The important bit at present is the premium to share price.

Tender Offer I am a little confused with what the Tender Offer provides. If they wish 'to return value' why not simply pay a dividend? Or simply announce a period of share buy back.I have not experienced this type of thing before so any clarification that could be provided I would be grateful.

Great to see After years in the doldrums, with a languishing share price, it's great to see a 'jam tomorrow' company actually coming through and delivering.Good luck all.

Re: .VIP An excellent post. Many thanks. If only a few of the other domains had such resonance. Perhaps shopping might?

.VIP Video: Why is .VIP Popular in China?6Comments Elliot Silver ⋅ September 7, 2016I am the first to admit that I don’t really understand the Chinese domain name market. I understand why certain domain names have significant value, but I have no idea about the underlying factors that are really contributing to the growth in capital that has been pouring into the domain space. One example of my lack of knowledge relates to .VIP domain names. Believe it or not, there are now nearly half a million registered .VIP domain names, according to nTLDStats.com. Over 83% of those registered domain names are parked. Also interestingly, I believe the 5 registrars with the greatest volume of .VIP domain name registrations are based in China.I saw a video shared by 101Domain that offers some insight about why .VIP domain names are so popular, and I embedded it below for those who want to learn more about the extension and its popularity amongst buyers in China. The video features Joe Alagna of 101Domain, Susan Lawrence of Minds + Machines (operator of .VIP), and Simon Cousins of Allegravita, a specialist in the Chinese domain market. If you have questions about .VIP domain names or the Chinese market, you are welcome to post them in the comment section:[link]

I think one of the big boys will come and swoop MMX up. VIP is a barnstormer and the big boys will not be able to resist it.
