Re: Trading Update I'm here too! Medica operations aren't exclusive to Radiology, there's room to manoevre for any computer results based decision making by other Healthcare professions. I'm thinking Pathology (Histology and Cytology especially) where the working concept could be incorporated to involve similar reviews and decisions by consultants and scientists sharing the knowledge base and improving on diagnosis, treatment, decision time and ultimately saving money. Exciting times, especially for the cash-strapped (over managed and under resourced) NHS?

, the UK market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, is holding its Annual General Meeting at 10.00 a.m. today at the offices of Eversheds Sutherlands (International) LLP at One Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS.At the Annual General Meeting, Medica's Chairman, Roy Davis, will provide the following trading update.Trading update:Medica has continued to perform well in the first half of the year. The NHS cyber-attacks in May did not impact Medica's own systems and IT infrastructure, and the Company was quick to work closely with affected clients to minimise patient impact and to ensure that Medica could respond to referrals as soon as these clients were back on line. Recruitment of radiologists has continued to be strong and the anticipated full year 2017 results remain in line with the Board's expectations.The Company will provide a further update at its half year results in September.
