Trading Update Decent and well detailed results. Things have gone bad but outlook for future very positive. I have bought some more. Don’t usually do averaging down but the firm seems well positioned for the next 2 years.

Trading Update Nobody here, talking to myself again. TU was positive (I think?) but what a load of wishy washy words “budgets were constantly under pressureâ€, “activities were essentialâ€, “broadly stableâ€. I guess we have to wait for “full year results for 2018 on 19 March†to infer anything meaningful.

Trading Update Trading Update due on 15th Jan. This will tell us if the board’s optimism for 2018 was justified. I expect a decent rebound on current SP, some positive statements and some significant improvements. I do not want to see the word “challenging†anywhere.

Mears SP Has anybody else noticed that Mears price, daily, most of the time, appears to go the opposite way to the main markets.Any ideas why this is?

Excellent Full Year Results The good news is out - see 'News' tab. Hope the markets finally respond. Great growth potential as HMG will be forced to give more money to social care. As I said in October - heading to 550p - not long away now.Keep the faith. Excited about the next few days....
