Goes to show Should be a wake up call for any AIM mining punter that DFS BFS studies etc mean jack sh!y in the real world when thye employ an Npv of c 8-10% - I have been saying this on so many boards for a long time now - todays deal implies an NPV26.5
4p in Old Money ... Plus carrying costs .................... AIM directors at their very best ................. Good Job they managed to top their warrants up first ................. Couldn't make this up ........... Buy ,Hold or Fold over to you ............ Best Wishes All.x
Re: stupid question? ...depending on your dealing account that is.
Re: stupid question? Small UK holdings need to get out at a fair price as Sandstorm are not listed on LSE and gets messy.
Re: stupid question? from todays reaction it would seem to make a lot of sense if they have the financial resources to do it for Sandstorm to hoover up as many shares as they can at a discount of around 20% to their offer
Re: stupid question? Probably because it's a share plus cash offer. Most invested here are invested purely for Mariana and now they find they are going to be investors in a completely different entity whom they don't know anything about. That said, Sandstorm seem like a pretty solid company so seems like a good deal to me. I think the price will rise closer to the 109p levels once those who are happy with their profits at these levels have sold up.
stupid question? So why hasn't the share jumped closer to the 109p?
RNS 109 pence per share, get in!
Spot on eletex It is rocketing this week.Missed the boat!
back to 80p pretty solid recovery here.
