I have no skin left to put into the game so will sit tight with what I have now!I think the market will wake up to the new resource over the coming days and the event taking place this week in North America in addition to the imminent TSX listing should contribute to momentum. I will be disappointed if the share price is not challenging 70p again by the end of next week but who knows!

Re: RNS out UPdated resources +69% Rather modest price rise so far has enabled me to top up a bit. The share price response may reflect the view that the market has already anticipated the good news or may reflect uncertainty about investing in Turkey given the recent coup attempt and the response to it. Another interesting insight is the probability that the new southern extension of the ore body is of a good but none the less lower grade than the core high grade area.MALBRAD

RNS out UPdated resources +69% Glenn parsons reports "staggering Gold Equivalent Ounces in the Updated Resource Estimate for Hot Maden"[link] increase in resource from August 2015"On an operational note, at both the Hot Maden and Ergama projects, there is no impact due to recent disturbances in Turkey. Operations are continuing normally without interruption at the project with all rigs turning in order to meet the joint ventures planned milestones."

Re: Coup Attempt MaverickYou must have a better insight of turkey than most having invested in a property you know the pitfalls. From a business point of view what is the likelihood of overseas companies being targeted by the opposition parties especially as we are extracting minerals from the country and the people not receiving anything back as they see it?. Is anyone aware of any protection or recognised protocol used by overseas companies re instability or change or is it cut losses and get out, could it all just be taken from Marl what safeguards if any do we have, it is difficult enough in a stable environment without CHP, MHP, HDP all kicking off against the AKP. Let’s hope it dosen.t get that far for Turkey’s sake. All the best joh

Re: Coup Attempt I have just returned from 4 weeks in Turkey.I was there when the Coup took place. I too have a house/rental property there.I went out because it was so quiet it was a shame not to have it used. I had a fantastic time.All the resorts are business as usual however many people are worried for the season is obviously very difficult with Erdogans "dictatorship" causing complications in the Tourist sector. Yes the Russians are being encouraged back to the big resorts but there was no evidence of them this year.I think Marl will be fine. Annoying to see it down 4p again but that could be a buying op? At the end of the day the resource is there for the taking. I am in at 64p for ref.Maverick

Re: Coup Attempt Agreed Franconia. I suspect that the price is drifting down because of the lack of news. Let us hope that the recent coup attempt does not delay the TXS listing. I am surprised that we have not had the resource update by now. If my memory is correct we are also back drilling now.MALBRADQ

Coup Attempt I have been watching the news with more than a passing interest. My family and I fly out to Turkey on Thursday for a 3 week holiday. We own a property out there and some land (no gold deposits sadly!) and just for good measure have a significant (to me) holding in Mariana. You could say I am heavily invested in Turkey! However, although recent events cannot be considered good news, I do believe that it will blow over fairly quickly. I am no fan of Erdogan or his style of government but stupid he is not. He needs FDI and so will want Turkey to be seen as open for business as usual as soon as possible. As others have said, the fact we have a JV with Turkish conglomerate certainly gives us comfort.I will be looking to buy more on any significant dip on monday...
