Re: Time for Rita to go! Reading yesterday's RNS along with the Q1 trading statement it seems the new owners of MAGP's debt have ordered some changes in exchange for extending credit, hence the disposals and delisting. The way I see it there are three possible 'outs' for investors:1) Low sp tempts a bidder2) Delisting is voted down, board resigns, rejoicing breaks out3) Delisting goes ahead, leading to MBO.For better or worse I bought a few (very few) yesterday at 0.5p and look forward to positive developments.
Time for Rita to go! I know Im just probably sounding off but she should do the decent thing and resign as she has not delivered - but will continue to be paid on failure!!Would be nice to think we shareholders have some say in these matters!
Re: Time to jump straight off a cliff! Well Rita and the fandang gang are good at this shareholder crucifixion game you've got to give them that! While i'm up there on the cross i'd like to request chef from Southpark's hit single play by way of compensation for my now 99.25% loss!"Suck on my chocolate salted balls! Put them in your mouth 'n' suck'em!
Re: Time to jump straight off a cliff! Personally i think they should each take a wage cut and receive those wages in shares why should us long suffering UK shareholders be the first in line for a good shifting? Pay the fees and do your ruddy jobs!
Time to jump straight off a cliff! These lot just view shareholders with contempt and now that that feeling is reciprocated they're offski! Blood suckers! The reason that aim is failing them is because they have categorically failed to add value and continue to do so even in an increasing oil price environment. A teaspoon of oil a day from a thousand wells is still only a bucket or two. Talk about a lifestyle company Rita's magnolia manicure fund! Disgrace! I'll be voting against just to force them to engage as there is no value left here anyway! Glah's i think we'll need more than that though with these gravy trainers!
Re: Time to jump 119 producing wells but with 0% interest . . well almost !! even NTOG sold the shares they had ... consolidation was a big success eh .. I watch this share purely out of interest ?
Re: Time to jump on board Topped up @ 3.188p .. Only had a small amount bought ( part order ) @ 6.9p equiv the Dec placing/ consolidation was 3.5p
Re: All this??? You do not post very much empee ..See you also share another one i topped up yesterday . Hope your luck turns :- )
All this??? -98.33% Going down with the ship
Re: Time to jump on board With hindsight thank God only 1/5 of the order lifted after close end of October half the price today and now below the fund raise so lucky there as well.
Re: All this........ Just don't get the plan in this one ?? 0001.0% in anything will always be pretty much nothing no matter how big ?? Consolidation has gone from 10p down to 3.5p .. and nothing to stop it going further...
All this........ And still the share price is as deflated as a burst balloon......!!!!!!
Re: Time to jump on board Although underwritten Cornhill only offered to a select few.Must be only the rubbish they offer to the many.Maybe Jeremy and john are correct.
Re: Time to jump on board Not so sure about that next-time.RNS placing this morning @ 3.5p only raised 300,000
Re: Time to jump on board AS expected, equity issue after share consolidation, now its out of the way perhaps a recovery might take place??
