Done Well I've done pretty well here but I now feel LEG is fully valued for the short term at £10m. Our 7% of VS puts its value at about £140m. Taking into account LEG will have a fair tax bill on any sale I've decided to exit with a decent profit. GLA

Re: roller coaster SP has been hovering between 0.09 and 0.11 for quite some time. Now only beginning to see a respectable rise, primarily (IMHO) due to the substantial increase in value of one of their investments - VS.That's not to say that there's no value in their other investments, which range from bio-fuel crop research to an oil rig builder.......

AMED We have an investment in AMED and to my mind AMED are seriously undervalued at 10.0pHave a look at their Balance Sheet

Re: Rise Must admit, I'm completely out of touch now with company taxation. Depends of course whether they realise the profit/what percentage of shares they hold on to. Also, if they roll the profit into another investment, I would have thought that would limit the tax?To be honest, only guessing....Great to see a decent rise at long last though!

Rise Doesn't seem to be anything specific driving this rise, not that I'm complaining, as well over 100% up in the last 12 months.Something brewing regarding VirtualStock perhaps - a listing maybe? Certainly seeing more volume traded than usual.

VirtualStock VS progressing well with further contract wins. Not privy to their accounts, but you would like to think that we can't be too far away from a listing for VS.Considering their progress, I, for one, would seriously consider investing in them when they float (unless they're bought out before they get there).On a separate note, I wonder if we're likely to make any further investments anytime soon?? Very pleased they swapped their investment in coal to gold - good timing in hind site.

Certainly peanuts with AMED! They only released their RNS the day before so Leg could beef up their own!

Re: Interims As expected with the value of VS now included in the Balance Sheet. I guess there will be a substantial tax bill on any realisation of the VS holding when it happens.

CC, I am sure I am right in thinking that the CEO has options at .2p. This means he doesn't start making money until the sp rises ABOVE .2p, and imo he wont sell once the bulls pile in.

Amedeo have completed the 'physical build' of the rig on time. Testing to be completed and delivery made in 2016.

Intermevan: the ceo has options at .2p. He wont make any money unless it rises above .2p. He's not going to sell even when it reached .3p, because by that time the target will be .5p or more.
