Re: Dipped my toe..... Well done Luckyhooker on your decent profit taken especially in these markets as it might not be there the next day.
Re: Dipped my toe..... My 'toe' is out today.c£450 profit.Might buy back in if this drops again.......or if a sustained rise looks like it is starting.....but today's rise seems just like a short term jump on news.LH
Re: Paul Scott's view forgot to add if I was looking at this company as a new investor then probably a good risk / reward trade ie why Paul Scott has a position who might salvage some from the wreckage. Not just saying that as a shareholder!!
Re: Paul Scott's view Hi Casa,Yes, agree this is going to take a long time to recover and any holders are nervous now on the company. I am suffering a 57% paper loss and will now continue to hold but will not look to average down until there are clear signs of trading improving or turn around. (Done that too often)I continue to hold with such a loss as I think things will turn around especially if there are Ex Mears boss takes charge.ATB
Re: Paul Scott's view Hello IOM,I've just read PS's view and LAKE looks interesting. The dividend is attractive if it is maintained at the forecasted level. For this to happen, the expected earnings have to be achieved which the Company states that is likely to occur. Apart from that, some institutional investors may want to exit which will cause an overhang and the sp will then take some time before recovering. Casa.

Mentioned in this weeks Money week by Shares Mag A slowdown in the property maintenance firms regeneration division sent the shares down 60%, but this is justa blip. Lakehouse has a strong balance sheet and now trades on a p/e of just three. Shares
