RNS : great new acquisition, and cheap! Great new acquisition announced today. Paying C$5.4m and getting a business earning C$1.3m in return, plus C$2.3m net assets - together with the quoted synergies - seems like a fabulous deal. And highly earnings-enhancing as it's paid for from cash.Well done KWS once again:[link]

Tipped on What Investment web site KWS are tipped in this new article just up on What Investment mag's web site, along with IQE and ACSO, as "the best technology stocks on the market right now" - I've owned all three for some time![link] continued, Those companies are good value if their market position is strong enough and the management team are good.A stock he nominated as fitting the bill in this category is Keyword Studios. He remarked, this is a business that provides outsourced services to games manufacturers. They provide translation and art services, it is niche, but its a growing niche and Keyword are very good at what they do. They currently operate in a very fragmented market, so there are plenty of opportunities for acquisitions that are earnings accretive."

Re: New highs now well , rivaldo i for one am always attentive to your posts as they are spot on- many thanks
New highs now What a fantastic stock.Amazing that on terrific stocks like this and ACSO for example I seem to be the only poster, whereas on tiny no-hoper stocks or those with no revenues and huge m/caps you can see loads of posts every week.
Great results, new 475p target price Finncap say Buy today and have increased their target price to 475p (from 334p):[link] results today. This is a company to just hold and hold imo.Nice to see that the usual H2 weighting shifted so much this year - hopefully this is the start of a trend towards more even weighting.Key to the outlook for this year is that the CEO specifically says the Group's performance in the first EIGHT months has been strong, not just the first six months:"the Group's strong performance in the first eight months of the year gives us confidence in delivering against our expectations for the full year"KWS are now on a premium rating, but deservedly so. The question is, how high can it go?
