RNS : excellent acquisition today Great-sounding acquisition today. It consolidates "leading providers of audio and localisation services in French" in Europe, and with closing certain offices and re-locating into one central office should bring lots of synergies.Above all - it's cheap! Paying a max €7.6m for €0.9m PBT and €9m of revenues looks blinding value to me.Great stuff:[link]
