End of Month Expecting some news, but is it good?Dave may be finding that when you need to 'Walk the Talk' things get tough.(If it was easy everyone would do it.)...Still waiting and may need to wait a lot more, by the look of things. Roll on 2017.Is the Prince due an ASX appearance fee in a webcast?How is that cash flow going?GLA.

well said we have had the fan fares and the trumpets shares given to themselves without results nice photos on Website,They say the biggest PLC in Australia ,when the say they were the only one but they are not..Gold so far we are only foolsI will apologize if need be , so much not happening no mine in Togo whats the real story dave

Re: not another dillution 100,000,000 confetti shares plus hidden warrants which come out of the closet when you least want them to appear.All this financial jargon just to hide the net effect of what they are really doing.They have raised £1.5m, bought a hole in the ground in Oz and now need to generate some GOLD cash flow.The last dilution was at 1.1p now we move down to 0.8501.So what percentage of the company have you given away to buy the Klondyke project. Just spell it out clearly.....I reckon we should watch out next for a share consolidation, so the share price looks more AIM affluent.100 to 1 is the usual practice. That would then give us just 1,447,970 shares in issue and possibly a 62p share price.But they will probably wait for that and issue a few more shares with further dilution at the same time.Cash flow is what it is all about now. So how about giving us some good news on the Prince.It must be time for some quick results news Dave......Do not become another journey man - enjoying the travelling but never arrive at the GOLDEN destination.GLA.

Klondyke GOLD. That acquisition of Klondyke is debt funded by River Global Capital Ltd.No further dilution of the share price.Wycherproof is on target and under budget.This is all building UP nicely.Golden Dave is about to deliver......GLA..
