Courtesy of Oilmagnet... ......on LSE BB, following his face to face with DR at the Investor Event in London....I'll keep it brief for now, having just returned from London.Dave on fine form and very positive.Key points that he asked me to stress and seek as much support as possible for is getting behind the transactions that need shareholder approval. It needs 50% or more (I assume of votes cast - not 50% of all shares?) to get approval.virtue of the rules of listing (not sure but I think this is AIM rather than ASX) we effectively have to give over 100% of the Klondyke project to Calidus but then immediately get back 30% but the 2 are treated as separate 'resolutions' and both need approval.If this isn't passed then the project secures the debt so Klondyke would be lost to the finance company - given how cheaply Dave got this wrapped up for, this is in NO-ONE's interest (shareholder wise that is). I think he is pretty confident of it all going through but I can understand his nervousness, given the debt he feels responsible for.Don't want this to worry the horses but DR just wanted everyone to understand what's at stake. Once these hurdles are cleared then it is all done and dusted. He is uber confident in the project delivering massive value to KRS.I think I'm allowed to say that a number of Aussie investors have hinted that if KRS SP stays where it is then they are better off buying KRS Plc shares at a discount. Further news in the very near future on the listing so keep your eyes peeled.DR wasn't prepared to be pressed on the location of the new Cobalt and Nickel projects but again he is pretty confident about the award of the exploration licences and news should be forthcoming in fairly short order.Overall, speaking personally, from a number of things Dave said, I see someone who is really fired up and enthusiastic - another thing I think I'm allowed to share is that Dave said that had he not had the skin in the game that he has, then after the AA deal went south and the Tributes didn't deliver he would have had a much easier life if he'd walked away - as it is, he has once again turned KRS around with (now) numerous positive prospects - for me, this speaks volumes and I have even more respect for the guy.Good to meet Chirpy (and a few others).So much for brevity lolOM

hi I am not beating myself up about it believe me l have a family who have decided to stay in this share for what ever reason am given the funds and told what to do l am happy to do that.As for not making sense l think am not the only one who feels the same in the hit and miss PlC.Maybe if the Communication had been better put over in the past few days then there might not have been a mad rush to sell shares.I think MR Reeves said so himself the message in the markets was not put over that well clear as Mud as someone put it on here.They have Nomads to communicate this information .As to torment myself not actually l invested a lot of the money in Greatland Gold the other Australian Aim Gold Miner no one mentions and made 10% on it so not so tormenting.Thank you for your comments love it .

HotCopper in Oz - Useful Info Check these out. It is an Oz board with some useful insights.Thanks to Nani.....*******Look at the announcement made on the London AIM for Keras. These guys are listing their Gun Gold Projects in WA Pilbara ( They acquired all the tenements around the Klondike project where lots of Shallow High grade stuff and a lot of drilling to be done as well on top of its Inferred Resource of 410000Oz. Apparently Otsana owns the Shell PNO. Raising 7.875 Mil with 1 for 4 one Cent Oppies. Shares would be at 2c and 1c Oppies would be exercisable at 2.5c ( On my Calculations ) They are raising $7 Mil for the shares and $875000 for the 1c oppies and it appears on my Calcs it has to be 1 for 4 Oppies and we have to pay 1c. Structure will be very tight EV I was informed by the broker around EV of $9 Mil or so. No cheap shares as every share including the pre IPO shares will be at 2C. Apparently 3 brokers are fighting it out and some of the names thrown out were Hartley's etc. It may be possible that all brokers could split it as everyone wants the action for themselves. Who knows we may get some action via Akela too!! Their Drilling to expand the resources plus other Very High Grade Grounds will commence straight away after the resisting apparently. With the drill holes they conducted at the end of last year they encountered very very high grade intercepts at even very shallow depths. They only drilled 2km of the 7.5km of Klondike Project and when they did the rock sampling and preliminary studies they are confidant that the whole of the 7.5 Km is mineralised and high grades. Their other projects are also extremely high Grade Potential. In Summary keras has the Potential to be the newest Multi Million Oz Producer very quickly. No wonder very broker and their dog wants this for themselves. So we will be entering this at a very cheap EV and very high potential that this could and will be a mega multi bagger producer very quickly. All this info is accurate as the source is accurate. Lets see what pans out from Day 1 of the relissting. I don't have any other info, so don't worry about emailing etc. This will be very tight and very tightly and cheaply valued and very well supported. Have a look at their London listed Aim to get all the info. Management led by Dave Reeves is highly credible I heard as well. Good Luck and lets hope we get some in this when time comes******.GLA

Yes this deal for KRS holders is clear as the mud that is dug out of the ground around the minesIMO, Dave has got the best gold mine and he has full access to its doors being opened..It is called the Bank of AIM,1.10p placing then 35p, Next clear the loans..Watch out next for the consolidation of shares 1 for every 100? If the sp gets any lower they will be totally worthless and untradeable.What ever happened to 'The Flash' with eyes on that GOLD?I reckon many are smarting from their 1.1p wounds here.IMO be prepared for very long wait. Put it down to experience.My few existing 0.47p minor loss shares are now put in the bottom drawer.GLA.

hi I am invested £1000 in this new project l am not sure what to believe we had a big fanfare about the open pits but alas it did not come to fruition .I also have invested £1000 in Greatland Gold another Austrlian Gold company so lets see l have lost a lot of money on Past successes .It was not good communication at first by dave l here the stress in his voice .

Re: IN Down another 7% new recent lows... 0.3 to 0.4.Looks like its was Beaufort again who did January placing , guess they might come back for more funds if this is like all the other "small miners" they are hired by.
