Togo Think now we need to replace Dave fed up of excuses about Togo and no amount of interviews and schemes is not working I have nothing against emails suggesting we haven't been forgotten while the share price bombs ..Resignation seen this before is the end nigh more than likely no one can tell me even with emails frim Dave I am holding out for miracles

Dave Reeves email conversation Hello All,I emailed Dave this morning to raise a couple of concerns. To his credit, he responded very quickly and I subsequently asked him for the ok to post the thread of our conversation onto the board, as I'm sure there are many like me who have the same concerns. He has ok'd me to post , so full text as follows :Hi Dave,As a long time private investor in Keras, I am trying to get my head around why someone like Peter would be cutting ties with Keras and what kind of message this sends out to the market ? As an outsider looking in it looks like he sees more opportunity down under with the multibagger Calidus.In truth (and probably like a lot of other PIs) I�d love to know what the strategy is to release the value inherent in Calidus and get that reflected in the Keras share price . At the moment, and for the last year or two, all I�ve seen is dilution and the value of my holding plummet so I�d really appreciate your feedback.Best RegardsPatInitial response ( 15 minutes later)PatThere are numerous reasons behind Peter resignation, everything from the fact he has a new job that is taking up a lot of his time, through to issues with how accounts are dealt with with regards control issues etc and also to reduce costs at KRS so to minimise all corporate costs and minimise dilution at KRS.We plan to undertake an in-specie distribution to shareholders when out of escrow unless of course someone makes a bid for Calidus in the meantime.RegardsDaveI replied :Hi Dave,Thank you so much for the quick reply. Re: 2.6km of continuous strike Another really positive RNS and assuming DR is correct about the size of the discovery, KRS will be awarded all the performance shares and soon hold a controlling interest in Calidus. Our market cap will be multiples of where we are now IMHO.

is pleased to announce that it has now received all assays for the ‘Gap’ Zone at its flagship Warrawoona Gold Project located in the Pilbara of Western Australia and they confirm that continuous mineralisation of consistent grade and width now extends for 2.6km of strike and is open at depth and along strike in both directions.

Drifting Dave has always been a honourable man and hard worker l just wonder what the hold up is in Togo .... other resource companies have had licences granted.Trust is fine in DR ..once the go a head for getting the resources out of the ground start am sure the SP will head North....until then the sail Boat is drifting in the wind....

Re: again I think the spread is Marmite! Some hate it and some love it but no matter what is published the price seems to drift down with little real commentary as to why.

I saw big rise on 24th and thought it was a buy indicator, but I'm in a few times and decided not to increase position mistake with hindsight as it has continued rising .
