Re: Final Results Also, there are no dealing costs involved in taking up the offer.If you believe what the directors are saying then buy, if not, dont.One of the directors has also taken up a good wedge which i generally take as good news.

Re: Final Results aliouaClearly, it would not be wise to take up a rights offer, if the price was greater than that which could be obtained in the market.Here however, the rights price is 25p, which as I type is approx 4p below the current market price, then to me it makes sense to take up the offer, particularly if you have faith in this investment (which I do)Good LuckNogger

Re: Final Results I have noted with other shares, whenever there is a placing or an open offer , the sp goes down sometimes below the discount offer especially as in thcase the price has fallen by 6 ps today- 4points from the discount price- i would like someone to help and explain the logic / benefit of taking the offer. i am invested and am concerned to make the right decsion- many thanks for an opinion on this point

Re: Final Results I agree, as its a fairly low liquidity share, I imagine many will be adding to their current holdings and averaging down a position with the offer. As a shareholder since the IPO this is what I am doing, with earnings heading upwards recently, I have to have faith in the expansion plans, and take the discount offer. (which will of course reduce demand and lead to weakness in the short term open market sp). We will see on or around the 18th August what the market price levels out at, but my view is that anyone looking to build a new position would be waiting until then before committing any hard earned capital.

Re: Final Results I think it may also be the price of the new shares at 25p. At least they are giving normal shareholders the chance to buy, which at 25p I will be doing.

Re: Final Results my calculation the dilution effect of the 36m new shares at 25p would only cause a drop in SP of around 2.5p. Therefore the today's drop (currently 5.375p) seems over done.
