Interesting The second half was better and Chairman Ward said the current year had started well. But of interest is that BMN Commercial is a new company which in tern has formed several recruitment companies and Ward and Bell have an interest. Also Fusion People involved in recruitment with a T/O of £150m is controlled by Bell and has had Raskesh on its Board since October 2016. Ward did mention that having sorted the finances KLN would look to grow organically or by acqusition. I can see a potential RTO here and perhaps this could be soon. Worth a buy on recovery and now RTO considerations

Re: Results This continues to be an uphill struggle. There is a desperate need to increase the Revenues and NFI and the area within which KLN operates seems to be tough at the moment and I cannot see there being much progress in the near term unles ther is an acqusition. Not too sure why the late announcement unless it was to do with the audit and write off off goodwill which only shows the current earning potential of the Quantica brand.

Re: Results At least they published them, even if its not very good reading. Business going backwards and performance in key London market is very poor. The balance sheet has been held together by massively inflated goodwill for years and thats unraveling and struggling to see where any profit if going to come from.As has been mentioned many times, the debt burden is a millstone around this company and its not producing enough profit to make this a viable investment. I will attend the AGM and then I'm out!!Inns

Re: Results I agree. Make no mistake they know the figures so its just a question of what they do as a result of them. Raise more money, make an acquisition or be taken private by PB and the Chairman. Debts are a major concern and I don't believe all the operations are performing well. So suspension is highly likely after which we will hear nothing. If you feel the shares are a good gamble you would by more, if not then selling must be a serious consideration in my view.

Re: Results They will need to announce by the end of June to avoid suspension. They will know the numbers and I suspect there will be something else to accompany them. Debt is a problem and the main area of operation seems to be a struggle for them. I feel their back office could accommodate a larger operation in order to get the operational gearing more positive. So an acquisition would make sense so it would need to be with shares. My concern is the controlling shareholder and the Chairman who have a history of working together and together may not be the best for KLN imo.

Re: Results Agree with most of your comments although the general market is pretty buoyant but KLN cant seem to sort themselves out. They cant even get their results out in a timely fashion!!!

Re: Results Maybe but they ain't going to be good if you reflect on the interims. The person who was to sort out the problem has gone and I suspect it the problem has got more to do with KLN than the person who left. The hospitality sector which is their main contributor is strugling due to minimum wage and other mploment issues. I think the year end figures will come with structural changes. I'm not sure if I'm too keen on those who now control the company.

Re: BOWOOD Hi. I had wondered if you decided to get out, I have but have decided to stay with it a bit longer. In the last 5 years or more the sp has done nothing and losses have continued. I'm still in NBB and think there is a good chance of this one coming good. Over the more recent past I have moved more funds into Resourses stocks as I feel they offer a bit more excitement with a chance of recovering some of my losses.
