UK construction and lenders If you piece together recent press reports of some lenders offloading debt at 50p in £, demise of Simon’s of Lincoln, Clugston, etc., I do wonder if finance to construction firms is either being significantly reduced or adversely affected by falling commercial rent?

Almost 12 months on but It is 12 months since it started to unravel at K but former directors have not been held to account by FCA, Police or other regulatory bodies. I think it’s time for those who presided over 90% reduction in value to be held to account, including City funds who supported the Board during that time.
