Woodford fund selling When you look back, Carillion seemed to have a big affect in 2015 And late 2017 on K sentiment around 1400p Was Carillion a warning shot to K in those periods? I don’t know. Wasn’t looking back then.
Woodford fund selling It is very sad. I think the City have lost confidence in K’s strategy and fact there won’t be a dividend for , say 2yrs. The Board also has to take the blame on strategy, debt etc. I’m starting to think the big institutions that own K shares will opt to fold K into another contractor in which they hold shares - like what happened to Raine Industries. I think it will be a paper deal without any cash involved. Brexit K’s debt burden, poor M&A buys , some surprise provisions have akk come together to, in some way or another, undermine the share price and confidence in the company.
Woodford fund selling very sad held k for many years once a great company. how did they get in this sorry state.
Woodford fund selling Woodford selling isn’t the issue for KIE Wouldn’t matter of if he was selling double the stock, if there were buyers that saw value in it.
Woodford fund selling I do wonder if FCA reportedly aware of liquidity levels at Woodford funds are creating a bigger fall in K’s share price by instructing quicker build up of cash at the fund?
Woodford fund selling Times report Woodford fund sold shares in K, remaining holding stands at around 14%
Below £1 The drop below £1 Share price should, in my opinion, help to focus the minds for a full investigation into K’s Board, reporting, auditing, etc.
8.82% of K's equity shorted I see shorting of K shares stands at around 9.87%.
Kier contract awards june [link] Hoping K is going more for margin than turnover?
3%+ margin [link] K needs to achieve better margins so as to both pay growing dividend and continually invest in the business. Turnover shouldn’t be the measure of success it should be profitability.
K keeps homes unit offload rest [link] If rental market is growing and CBRE is buying a housebuilder, why shouldn’t K offload low margin businesses and keep the high margin homes unit?
Margin Target [link] If Costain can hit the target margin then K should change its strategy- low margin work doesn’t appeat to fund depreciation charges.
