Zulu PREM Happier now R94?..
Zulu PREM KDNC… XXXXX HI prior. I am in both… this new site not sure what the idea was !!! It will not bring up PREM. That has been a very bad buy by me which i bought in the primary bid placing then averaging down . Its been going lower and lower but up 33% on this news maybe this is the time to buy it .
Zulu PREM KDNC to invest in PREM to fund feasibility study and earn 30%. Zulu prospect looks compelling but maybe Africa is not the right place for KDNC? TP ps. and how are they paying for it?
UPDATE - BACANORA LITHIUM From the Bacanora announcement, note the last sentence, 'The Company continues to hold discussions with additional strategic investors for additional Stage 2 off-take tonnages.' :-Bacanora CEO Peter Secker said: "Bacanora is continuing its strategy to become a leading, low cost producer of battery grade lithium carbonate. To maximise these strong value prospects we are focused on fast-tracking the Project into production with preliminary site access developments underway and the chemical processing plant construction due to commence later this year. This will initially focus on building a 17,500 tpa lithium carbonate plant with engineering design and documentation for procurement of long lead items being developed. Following successful project execution, we will look to undertake our Stage 2 expansion plan to increase lithium production to 35,000 tpa. In support of this, we have agreed in principle to extend the initial lithium off-take partnership with Hanwa for a further 5 years at a rate of 17,500 tpa and are expecting to complete formal documentation shortly. In addition, we are progressing well in discussions for additional strategic partners for the extra Stage 2 off-take tonnages. These are exciting times for Bacanora and we look forward to sharing further updates on the road to production in due course."Off-take Agreement with Hanwa:Following on from the Company signing a 5-year lithium off-take agreement with Hanwa in April 2017, Bacanora has continued to strengthen its relationship with Hanwa, which is one of the largest battery chemical traders in Asia. Accordingly, Bacanora and Hanwa have agreed in principle to extend their initial lithium off-take partnership for a further 5 years at a rate of 17,500 tpa of lithium carbonate, on the same commercial terms as the initial 5 year off-take, with lithium sales continuing to be based on an "at market" pricing structure. Formal documentation for this is now being prepared. This additional 5-year agreement will underpin the Company's expansion strategy to bring on a Stage 2 expansion of the project to increase lithium production to 35,000 tpa. The Company continues to hold discussions with additional strategic investors for additional Stage 2 off-take tonnages.YB
Re: annual report If you bought at 62p you were done! The current price is less than a farthing.
annual report As usual always great news. I don't understand return on equity figures. Supposedly up 119%. I bought at 61p in April 2016, topped up at 41p in July 2017 and they are now valued at 22p on 25 May 2018. I just cant understand why share price goes down when all we ever hear is good news. Can anyone please enlighten me!
Re: Annual report posted Oh you are still there prior - I think everyone else has gone -- remember and switch off the lights!
Annual report posted Very upbeat, pity thats not reflected in the sp!TP

Re: Bacanora RNS At last, a rise on good news
Bacanora RNS See today's RNS.Bacanora CEO Peter Secker said: "The Feasibility Study in December 2017 confirmed Sonora's credentials to become a world class, low cost producer of battery grade lithium carbonate, and we are focused on realising this potential at the earliest opportunity. With this in mind, work streams covering FEED, infrastructure, permitting and financing are all progressing concurrently and on schedule so that we remain on course to embark on the construction phase at Sonora in H1 2018. Allowing for an 18 month build out period, this is expected to enable the production of high value lithium products to commence in Q1 2020, which we believe positions Sonora as the next world class lithium mine supplying fast growing markets, such as electric vehicles and energy storage." Re: Future of this sp? SP almost at an all time low. Best in my humble opinion to abandon ship and buy something with legs like BCN
Re: Future of this sp? 67% down... and can't see any reason to recommend a BUY (even to myself to average down); but my stake is worth so little now, I will let this ride in hope of recovery...Anyone know of any reason why KDNC's share price should improve this year?
Re: Future of this sp? Couldn't agree more Tatty. Investors have in the past, jumped out of 10 story buildings losing less than I've lost (on paper) with this one. I live in hope, in a bungalow.YB
