Re: The share sale Take a look @ PREM.Today it shows down 5% .. but in fact you can not buy any cheaper then last few days.I have not checked but sell price i guess would be much lower. They show a spread of 28% to justify this. This is why shares like this are rigged in there favor. When you consider this 70.0p against 81.5p looks good !!!These guys are real crocks, what do they do ? investors get stick these days for taking money for doing nothing , but we risk are capital. these guys are the real parasites.Investors die .. there estate sells , relations might have no experiences of shares, these guys clean up.
Re: Bcn disposal complets Looks like a good move, take a good profit to reinvest elsewhere and still retain a significant holding in Bacanora. YB
The share sale Sale of 8900000 shares raised £6,230,000 According to my calculations this represents a cost per share of 70.0p. The closing price according to III today was 81.5p Why the big discount.
Re: Bounce ? ....what bounce ? ...... This had a name change from Rare Earth Minerails .Which was a well known share why and when was the name change, and when was the last fund raise ?If anyone would be kind enough to inform me.

Re: Hanwha News Letter Sorry folks. My mistake. I've confused the Hanwa Group which has agreed to take up to 100% of the Sonora Lithium offtake with the Hanwha Group which hasn't agreed anything..[link]
Re: AGM Yes, YB. Good grades. Certainly beats the AGM announcement !!And from the LME too a piece of news which will raise awareness of KDNC.I too am waiting patiently for all this good news to shift the sp.Regards, TP
London Metal Exchange Interesting article today on page 66 of Daily Mail.'Traders' Electric Car Boost'.The London Metal Exchange is mulling over plans to start dealing in one of its hottest new commodities.Demand for Lithium is expected to quadruple by 2025. Lithium prices surged nearly 30% to almost $14,000 a tonne in the year to June.SQM, one of the largest lithium miners, last week said that demand could rise 14% this year. All good stuff for Cadence. Pity not yet reflected in the SP.YB
Re: AGM Following the AGM, the announcement from Macarthur Minerals had more meat on it, or more nuggets of News, than the AGM passing all the Resolutions.' Cadence currently owns a 20.3% shareholding, has today the results of a recent review of historical exploration data across the Company's Exploration Licence Applications ("ELAs". Historical exploration indicates the potential for gold and copper with surface rock samples recorded up to 111 grams per tonne and copper up to 3.2%. 'YB
Re: AGM No such luck. Just out,Cadence announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.YB
Re: AGM Just seen it, not surprised though, this is the usual wording.Good luck, TP
AGM AGM at 11am this morning. Hope there is an update rather than just rubber stamping the agenda.YB
Hanwha News Letter An interesting read considering Hanwha have agreed to take up to 100% of the Sonora Project Lithium.[link] note the following article re battery cases and Hanwha's connection with VW and others.Hanwha would seem well placed for any involvement and Lithium takeoff from the Zinwald Mine.[link] YB
