Nomad The 2nd Jan looms ever closer - if no new NOMAD by that date, then we're out of AIM....................
Whois airuosi.com I'm intrigued as to the origins of airuosi.com............This has appeared as a headline banner on jqw.com, and links to a clothing e-commerce site. Whois notes that the tech and admin email addresses point to '@jqw.com'...............[link] post AIM JQW is diversifying it seems!
Re: Website up for whater thats worth. I have not the slightest doubt that JQW will continue(along with its 380 or so linked websites) as have Naibu,Camkids & all the other China frauds in whatever fashion they actually exist in real life.It is just the British investors or "Turkeys" will not be a part of it.They have been stuffed & roasted. The fraud is over;it started when the company listed. It is a simple share selling fraud, from initial IPO onwards the Chinese criminals associated with these companies continually sell shares in the market for whatever they can get & pocket the proceeds;interest is maintained by paying a small amount back in divis to keep the shareprice boosted as long as possible. When the cost of paying the UK end,Nomads etc(who of course hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil as long as their fees continue to be paid) exceeds the income from share sales some "problem" is found that causes the Nomad to resign;the company is suspended and then slips away into oblivion. The Chinese authorities are fully aware of what is going on,they see foreigners as fair game, as are of course the FCA,although they can avoid much of the need to investigate as these outfits are usually registered in Jersey, but for political reasons are loath to investigate.I am keeping a register of those individuals in the UK & Channel Isles involved with these companies.Perhaps one day the chickens at least will come home to roost!
Maybe they should rename: Phoenix.Out of the ashes.. the websites arise!
Re: Website up for whater thats worth. Interestingly, at the time of writing this, both sites are now up.
Re: Website up for whater thats worth. I would imagine they are now ready to shut down for good. And do a runner with all the money if there is any left.
Re: Website up for whater thats worth. jqwmall is also down now........not that it ever generated any revenue, but it completes their transition to a 100% offline company. Not counting the all important Investor relation site that is, which ironically remains online.
Re: Website up for whater thats worth. There's 2 sites:jqw.com - currently a holding page - (think that's the Chinese B2B site, where the issues have been)jqwmall.com - up and running - (think that's the Alibaba wannabe)
Re: Website up for whater thats worth. If it was then it must have been extremely temporary, as jqw.com still hosts a holding page.
Website up for whater thats worth. It seems the website working it probably means nothing. This is still going to the wall by the looks of things.
Re: CFO Resigns Just shy of 3 months in post, that'll look good on his CV.Not looking good...............................
CFO Resigns With the CFO resigning today, seeking a new Nomad would seem impossible task.
Re: Brokers SP & TW stated all china AIM company's were a filthy forty.LSE state they are no worse risk wise then rest of AIM.The professional brokers annalist do not seem to be any better then PI s at picking best / worse of them.My advise ( first i have given ) stay well away from AIM.
Investor Relations Mailed Abchurch Communications the other day, basically asking what was going on.Received the stock reply (as half expected), that an update on the suspension would be given via RNS when one was available.I was really just trying to make the point to them that there was a lot of talk about this company heading down the same route as Naibu and Camkids......
Re: Future Waste of time with non execs can anyone show me a single manifestation of their influence here or anywhere else just another drain on cash - and of course a jolly good lifestyle for them
