Re: What now LOL!I think it is now in the public domain this is a scam which is why the NOMAD left & nobody else would go near it with a ten foot barge pole.....Did you thank him for ripping you off?
Re: What now Had a reply from the non-exec, who stated that although he cannot give information not already in the public domain, the NEDs did try to appoint an alternative NOMAD and are currently working on options to improve liquidity for minority shareholders.
The Silence of The Scams! You will most probably hear no more from those who fronted this scam and made it possible. They have been paid & their work is done........No doubt however they will pop up again elsewhere....
Re: What now Yes, we still hold shares in the private company, as we did before de-listing. The burning questions are whether we can do anything with them and whether the financial state of the company remains the same and assets aren't 'transferred'. With Camkids etc, the cash seemed to 'disappear' for one reason or another....The thing is with JQW, it's been around for quite some time, so I just can't get my head around the listing being purely for the purposes of monetising stock held by the original investors, at any cost. The latest shareholder record of those with 'substantial' holdings, still shows the founders holding upwards of 70+% of shares....It's just when you look back on the relentless selling pressure, it does seem to substantiate the theory of selling at any cost, because there was no real substance to the company.
Re: What now Well done, all good points. Can I assume we still hold stock or a share in the Company of a delisted nature still and our status is what?!Being hopeful they may re list?Regs
Re: What now Haven't checked today, but no update on the jqw-ir site yesterday.Had a deeper delve into the non-execs yesterday, which in truth, I probably should have done a long time ago. Ended up mailing the only UK based non exec on LinkedIn, regarding what we can expect now. Will post his reply - if I get one....Worryingly, 2 of the other non-execs were also non-execs of Camkids, which doesn't fill me full of confidence. See what I mean about wishing I'd done a bit more research into the corporate structure......I've always focused on the results they'd published and the ever increasing cash pile and never thought it could all be a ploy.....Will be interesting to see if they post end of year results on jqw-ir (their end of year is 31 Dec)
Re: What now Well it's been delisted. Not sure what happens from here?!
What now Well.......both jqw.com and jqwmall.com sites up and running. No change/update on the jqw-ir.com site and no RNS as yet.
Re: De-listing Looks about done I think.I could have spent £10,000 in a lot more pleasureable ways!!
De-listing Going private again on 4th Jan........will be interesting to see what updates we get via their website...............and whether they offer to buy back any shares.......
3 days 3 days left before delisting.............................and no news whatsoever since the 7th.....disgusting.
Nomad So................rapidly heading towards a month since the NOMAD resigned and no news on a replacement. Therefore, are we to assume that JQW will shortly be a private company again and it will be nigh on impossible to trade our shares.................
Re: Whois airuosi.com When I made enquiries at the time, I was told that Wei Boon Kooi had joined a property company controlled by the JQW chairman Cai Yongde. His LinkedIn profile, for what it is worth, did support that information. [link]
Re: Whois airuosi.com The tech and admin email addresses have now been altered to @qq.com, which sort of points to there being a reason to make the alteration.airuosi.com was registered on 24th June 2015.On 9th June 2015 JQW announced its AGM to be held on 30th June.Kooi Wei Boon the CFO, was at the time of the AGM announcement standing for re election. On 30th June he announced his resignation, although he gave 3 months notice as per his contract.Someone has previously suggested that he may not have left the JQW orbit entirely but was joining another of Yongde Cai's outfits.Could this have been airuosi.com?And then there is airuosi.cn which is a sort of tabloid type news page, with links to various advertisers Is this also linked to JQW?And if Kooi Wei Boon did move to airuosi.com then what was the intended purpose of that move?Notwithstanding its current difficulties JQW.com still appears to be attracting considerable new business in the form of new listings and advertisements, whatever the value the London market ascribes (or ascribed) to the shares.
Re: CFO Resigns He is 25.Er... hello?
