Re: JP I'd definitely consider starting to drip cash into emerging markets now, if you're happy with the volatility you should expect here. This one is on a reasonable discount to NAV, which to my mind makes it preferable to the open-ended funds at the moment. I'd pick JMG over the other obvious choice of TEMIT (on a similar discount) simply due to the size of the latter, though JMG isn't exactly a tiddler. I'd suggest considering the total amount you are happy to have in emerging markets and think about dripping it in over the next year or so, in case it falls further. Make sure you look at longer term charts. We have had a bit of a pull back, but it could always go significantly lower. Should be a reasonable entry point to start building a position on a 5 year-plus investment time horizon, IMHO.Trustnet is a decent resource for looking at the investment trust universe: [link] luck!
