Re: dividend Until about 6 months ago, the company was struggling to finance its increasing working capital needs arising from its fast revenue expansion and long credit periods given. Whilst the revenue expansion continues the credit periods are falling due to mix and other changes so pressure on cash and cashflow is easing. However with the need to finance acquisitions as well, it might be preferable for the company to keep surplus cash, as the return it can generate with that cash probably way exceed both the cost of capital and many alternatives open to its shareholders. Speaking for myself I dont want any cash back from this company, I want it to continue to find and finance EPS enhancing acquisitions with spare cash, so as to complete its global coverage.

dividend Results looked very good and profits were well up but there was no mention of when they might start to pay a dividend. Does anyone know what their intentions are as to when a distribution will be considered?

Results comment It is a little disappointing to see the adjusted EPS for 2014, come in slightly below expectations i.e. at 32c versus the consensus expectation of 35c. Furthermore the unadjusted EPS showed a slight fall - largely due to higher amortisation of goodwill. This, and the fact that earnings denominated in euro cents are not worth as much as before because of the weakness of the euro relative to the pound, are likely to cause an initial drop in the share price. However there is plenty of good news. The cash flow is improving dramatically and the number of debtor days is falling considerably. It is probably concerns over cash flow that has held the rating of the shares back, i.e. was the cause of the multiple (applied to the adjusted EPS to give the share price) being low. As concern over cash flow and perhaps mis-placed worries about the collectability of debtors balances, diminishes, the PE multiple has the potential to rise considerably. The outlook statement is positive, and good growth in revenues has occurred and continues to be expected. Much has been achieved with only a small rise in the number of employees. Assuming we see forecast adjusted EPS of around 42 euro cents for 2015, i.e. around 31pence of AEPS, using an undemanding multiple of say 15 times for 2015 would put the shares on around 460p. This would result in a PEG of just under 0.5 ............ So cheap growth. We will have to wait to see over the next few days or so, what the analysts come up with for estimated 2015 EPS after discussing their forecasts with the CFO, but on the basis of 42 cents, the shares continue to look cheap to me despite their recent rise.

Does anyone know the driver behind the big move? I expected a good run up before the results but a 6% one day change is huge. Perhaps institutional buyer?

Wake up call. This is a remarkably quiet board! Has anybody else noticed how the sp has surged ahead today? It heralds well for the next few weeks, with the 2014 results due at the end of the month.

Some excellent recent strength here. Does anyone know the driver? Delayed reaction to great results?

Greek effect You are right Donna. Costs are greek based and revenues mostly outside Greece. So Grexit likely to be a small positive. When I last asked, INTQ's capital raised has been kept in sterling in a UK bank account.

Re: Greek Effect Hi Fizzman, That has been in the back of my mind for a while which was one small point why I sold some last week as even if positive longer term, short term might be different..GLTA

donna blitzen 10 Feb 2015

Re: Greek Effect Probably advantageous, I would think, as sales in Greece are a very small proportion of the total worldwide sales and Greek office and R&D costs will be lower in devalued drachma.

Greek Effect What views are there about the effect on INTQ of a possible exit of Greece from the Euro zone?
