One of the most undervalued This is clearly very undervalued, current price is just a joke.Strong BUY at these levels.

More from CyprusSteve on ADVFN CyprusSteve 10 Sep'15 - 18:43 - 2293 of 2300 [link] to see two late reported large buys go through at full offer price .£5,578 @ 254.00 and £12.10k also at 254.Somebody obviously has confidence. Results due September 30th.My reasons for investing here are as follows :Website [link] do not think that their recent deal with Azakoo - [link] actually been recognized by investors. Extract Strategic Rationale -In light of the increasing demand for content streaming and related services globally, and recent successes of Akazoo in penetrating blue chip customers and large, attractive geographies, this transaction is particularly timely for InternetQ. It provides significant new cash resources, IP, human capital, operational and technological synergies and other related assets to further build on the strong momentum of InternetQ's B2C services as a differentiated and broad offering that is attracting a significant subscriber base globally.Similarly, the structural separation of Akazoo aims to improve focus on InternetQ's respective business lines, while maintaining control of both.[link] above CEO Panagiotis Dimitropoulos holds 46.19% of issued ordinary share capital other quality holders over 3% are Legal & General IM with 13%, Schroders Investment Management with 7%, and Standard Life Investments with almost 5%.The Company has grown profit successfully each year for the last 5 years as per link below :httCould one of you please be kind enough to copy the posting below on advfn onto the INTQp://www.hl.co.uk/shares/shares-search-results/i/internetq-plc-ord-0.25p/financial-statements-and-reportsCash balance £ 11.59m, so no need for funding. No dividend has been declares SO FAR as the Company has preferred to reinvest capital for growth. It would indeed attract investor interest IF they decide to pay a divi with the financial results.I confess I find it very difficult to understand why the SP is so low given their continued and profitable annual growth perhaps they need to improve their PR. The spread is usually very low, often below 3%.Although their CEO is resident in Greece, only a tiny part of their business is in Greece, and I have been assured by the Company that they hold ZERO cash in Greek banks.RegardsSteve
Bargain Basement Added 848 here, could not resist @ under 250.
Held back The only reason this is where it is is the situation in Greece! This share would be heading north otherwise!
From Steve in Cyprus Just found this new brokers note out today with 528 target.10-Jul-15 Canaccord Genuity Buy - 528.00 Reiteration[link] circulated before, but this new deal as announced yesterday opens up some fresh possibilities as below much of it found on advfn and copied with thanks.Extra info about the Akazoo deal here, a possibility of more to come it seems ![link] an interesting read, especially the sale possibility and 2.3x EBITDA estimate, but the best bit is John O'Briens comment at the end, an understatement or whatCanaccords Mr Davies said InternetQ would now be able to focus on its business-to-business mobile marketing arm, which implicitly trades at about 3.2 times expected earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation. It seems to be doing quite well, said John OBrien, an analyst at TechMarketView.Good value indeed and wouldn't be outrageously expensive on 15 (me not the FT)But the FT did home in on the sale attraction and Apostolos Zervos, Akazoos head, said a takeover of the unit by outside investors was now something to consider. Its not an option to rule out, he noted. On top of that an analyst, Simon Davies at Canaccord, agreed that the new structure meant Akazoo would be more easily acquired by a third party and we expect to see further consolidation in music streaming. They also noted INTQ is currently a third cheaper than it was in March 2014 Get this Greek situation out of the way, in or out, CEO has said it won't affect business progress, and the SP has to move north imo. Have a good weekend all,Stev
Copied from Cyprus Steve on advfn [link] guys, ,The percentage of revenues generated in Greece by INTQ is minimal, and it has ZERO cash held in Greek banks. The Greek economic situation should have no impact whatsoever on INTQ or its business model - it is actually possible that they may benefit from Greece exiting the Eurozone - as the market would begin to understand that the excellent Company growth year on year over a sustained period of years is continued, and perhaps the SP would begin to reflect the reality rather than the perception.CiaoStev
Very cheap Share price wont stay at this level for too long, should go back above 300p very soon.Time to add more not sell
Re: Bad Times For this Greek Company Recent price decline is a worry especially for me as this is one of my biggest holdings...However results have been good IMO and there is no apparent reason for recent fall other than the Greece factor although I note this is not affecting Globo.Reality is neither do much business in Greece. If I was braver would buy more at this price.
Bad Times For this Greek Company Oh Dear, Looks like plenty of problems in store for this Greek Company if the chart is anything to go by. Today SP crossing the 40 week MA heading south. But it is not only that, it's the Greek economic crisis that is coming into play here no doubt. Can't really see any good external news coming soon for this company, which would help support the share price which now looks to be in a very steady downtrend.A good shorting opportunity?
In first chat I meant full year results and chairman statement
But perhaps best of all the increases budgets for apps and mobile advertising make Internetq's prospects very interesting indeed. Does anyone else have an opinion?
They have new deals with blue chip clients coming to fruition. Also serious growth in minimob and akazoo so both income streams growing nicely.
We should get a trading update in May late time I checked. I read the full year resume again recently and am very confident in 2015
