take over a few shareholders control over 50% of the shares, What is to stop them making a low offer and then accepting it?MM
Figures today So based on the fact revenues have increased and with good knowledge of the industry, typical margins are 20% plus. They'd have a healthy amount of that revenue as profit. Valuation given what they do would easily be £100m plus , likely closer to £125m based on expected EBITDA figures and subsequent valuation at 5-8 times. Typically for this swcotr it would be more. That gives a min 250p takeover price.
Cash Companies dont go bust because they make losses, they go bust because they run out of cash. InternetQ appears to be increasing its cash pile if the trading statement is anything to go by. Turnover growth is under expectations but has still grown by about 14%. Roll on 1/3/16 by which we should hear whether an offer will be made. Perhaps then, shorters' losses may then crystallise.
