The next big thing? From the Motley Fool… Tom Rodgers: Indivior Opioid drug addiction treatment manufacturer Indivior (LSE: INDV) settled its legal woes this past summer and now its future now looks brighter than bright, in my opinion. Investors can also pick up shares for a song: the firm is forecast to grow its earnings by more than 16% next year and I think it is hugely undervalued. City analysts agree with me, saying the INDV share price could be as much as 93% lower than its true value. Return on equity is a whopping 84.5%, too. I say it’ll be a bumper year ahead for this stock.
DoJ takes action So, DoJ taking legal action against the company, company says DoJ is just plain wrong and will defend, has been working for years to head this off. Dropped almost 70%on this news. Oversold? Company says business as usual. High risk but will it recover? Have been watching for a while now because they have a good product. Buying opportunity? Well, I’ve taken a few at low 30s expecting a modest recovery as the case develops. Multi bag if case collapses! TP

There goes £5 Not sure why the recent rises, but not complaining. Indv's stellar performance over the last 4 years has quite made up for RB's less exciting sideways move. Now c120th in the FTSE.
New approval in Canada Good to see the pipeline widening and new approvals coming in. Tempted to top up further, but this is already a hefty (and growing) hunk of my wad, and well over 200% up in 3 years, so will probably just continue (I hope) to enjoy the ride.
Re: Topped up It's make! For a stellar share today this gets very little chat coverage.
Re: Topped up The opioid decision by the FDA is today eh? Any more feelings either way. It could be a make or break.
Re: Topped up Very glad I topped up at £2.95, don't often get a 35% increase in 2 months. Thinking of top slicing, but on the whole, I think the fact that the DoJ case is well provided for, and the new stuff for junkies looks certain to be approved makes Numis' £6.40 look more likely than not.So I'm holding, now 2.5% of wad in here, thanks to top up and recent rise.
Topped up Decided the fall was overdone, as income will be unaffected while the appeal drags on (>18 months minimum), and in the meantime the pipeline will gain approval and diversify the income stream. The price has already recovered a quarter of the precipitate fall and is now back to July levels, and possibility of takeover. So I increased my holding by a third at £2.95. Average now c£1.95 (15% at £1.20 flotation, 60% at £1.70 and latest 25% today). 1.8% of portfolio.
