Re: Not a business Absolutely spot on. Sold most of my shares at a massive loss, however hung onto some just in case something surprising happened. No surprise today as the company have ceased to trade.
Not a business Insetco has had no revenue for a long time and has no prospect of any. This company is merely a shell that has been used by those who control it (not necessarily the Directors) to make large profits out of rights issues. A certain Mr W***** has done very well. Most other investors have lost their shirts.

no your not the only one but the view is picturesque with plenty of white stuff on the ground lol just be patient news will come when its ready confident this will be 1p within 6 months
Opening Paras on Website Insetco specialises in the assimilation of dislocated asset classes which are uniquely structured and distributed via its tailored structured products programme. The objective is to match risk-reward characteristics for institutional investors whilst generating equity returns for its shareholders. Its current focus has been the US Life settlements market where exceptional risk-adjusted returns have been observed. Proprietary analysis and use of external consultants across the many embedded risks in the asset class has enabled the company to present a rounded proposition to investors and shareholders alike.---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- Bo**ocks!
Re: Buying JakNifeInTheBack methinks, nice steady bounce back after the recent boost
Re: Buying Poor saps, it's a crying shame that they don't understand the economics of the business and thus how they're going to lose a big chunk of that cash.
Buying Some quite serious buys coming through.
News? Any one know if there could be something going on here?
2015 I think we will see INC attract more speculative trading in the new year but we will need to be smart to sell at the right time and not to be too greedy.
Re: Cheap Sadly the company hasn't changed. Those who think that they are "investing" here are actually throwing their money away. I imagine that loads of bucket shop brokers have been calling people up and telling them lies to try to convince them to buy this junk. People, if you've been called by a bucket shop broker who's trying to sell this junk to you then please name and shame them here.JakNife
Re: Cheap I think you will find that the company has changed and the way forward will be somewhat brighter. At the current levels I am more than happy to buy in again. I think a couple of thousand invested here will make me more than the same amount in Tesco and will be more exciting.
Re: Cheap The company has a track record of issuing shares via convertible instruments at ever lower prices in a manner that pass significant benefit to the convertible investors. People buying today are essentially paying a 50% premium to the 0.1p at which convertible holders will be able to buy the shares. The investors in the convertibles have shown a track record ofa) short-selling into the market(b) converting and using the shares received to close their shortThose buying today are paying a 50% premium for shares in a company with no material tangible assets with a business line in a dubious investment class that has previously seen a number of significant financial scams, eg:[link] [link] [link] There is no sensible investment case here.JakNife
Cheap Having seen INC up to 0.36 and now down to 0.16 I feel the fall has been overdone. The projected earnings from their first deal was not bad, there will be more to come and the M/C of less than £1.5m I feel is on the mean side.
I just gave INC a BUY rating: no imminent massive move but will tick up to .20 in coming days then a steady rise up to a penny over next 3 months.. Will I be right? [link]
