Re: Trading update Yes I agree,the companies I have made the most money on have been boring companies with very few commentators on the B.B.,Although I don’t see this as a very boring company,but yes as you say when the regulatory system has been settled this could do very well,I also see this as a bit of a hedge against a big market drop or increased volatility,as IG make more money then so I presume this would hold up well and still be able to pay that nice dividend!

Re: Trading update Yes. Another good update from a cash rich company.Yet PIs man gkp boards and such. You got to be prepared to think for yourself as the crowd only runs after the little companies in a search of 100 bagger.Most of the time that ends up in tears.I noticed here though the gains today seem to have evaporated after sellers jump in at 680-690p. There is resistance right there.The regulatory cloud is holding this. Patience is required.

Re: Share price It was odd indeed.Share price was rising all week.I'm happy but it does make you wonder if somethingor someone knows something.I would have rather expected a pull back whilst nervouslywaiting for regulatory news. Earnings are probably good.Can't wait for indicies to fall big time though.Igg is gonna earn even more once the fireworks start.Don't know when it'll be though.

Share price What no news?There must be something out there,I know I feel this is under valued but something must have been leaked about company performance or regulation somewhere.The performance of the last few days suggests someone knows something.Happy to hold and see what develops.If regulatory news is good this could leap much higher.

Re: Financial Update Ex-divi date tomorrow and payout in a month.Quite pleased about it.I would expect some bargain hunters come back after the drop to 628p.Maybe they'll sell it to 620p after the drop after which a few days of recovery I hope, but in any case holders bank the divi which is why I'm here.

Regulatory environment The issues are still in play and still causing some conservative outlook for IG. In the meantime IG just has to plough on, as a leading class provider of services. Could be a sharp uptick for IG if the regulatory issues are finally decided.
