Placing @ 4.5 p.Share prophets like it.
Secured bond price The secured bond has been at bid/ask of 80/85 for a while now. Today there is a new seller willing to sell at the bid. Not a good sign for the equity.
have no axe here I heard on the GV that a competitor is waiting for the end to pick up the licences for free.IGAS I suppose will soon go bust.
Stock getting tosted End near?
Re: Flush Price spiking down on volume spiking up. Looks like the end is nigh. Still time to sell for those who have desperately held on, but there may not be much longer.
Flush Stock getting dumped, are we about to get an update on the capital structure?
Obtuse announcement What on earth is an 'equity cure provision'? If it means a rights issue then I would be very doubtful that they could get one underwritten and into the market at the moment. If it implies converting some of the bond holdings to equity then it is going to be hugely dilutive of the existing equity to make it worth the bondholders taking that route. The position of the party carrying out the primary discussions with them is extremely strong and will surely result in existing equity holders being left with little if anything - that's assuming a transaction is done at all. If it is Ineos then as said earlier on this board, it may suit them best to just let the company collapse.
Re: KKR Curtis Paul,Yes, I have been short the equity on and off. I am still short but part of my short has been recalled as its very difficult to get borrow. I have also bought some senior at 74-76 level over the past weeks. I think IGas capital structure shares many similarities with GKP.
