Re: RNS Lets hope so!! Not heard a peep since the bailout, guess they've been busy clearing the dead wood. We need some news on contracts being signed for projects maybe the purchaser knows something good??
RNS Purchase of 412,500 ordinary shares in Intelligent Energy Holdings plc, for a total consideration of USD48,000 (which equates to 8.9 pence per share based on a conversion price of 1USD = 0.765972GBP)Sign of confidence?Bertie.
Re: Steady climb from here. Hopefully Meditor have conducted thorough due diligence and also read the riot act to the managers.£30M is a hefty investment and not throwaway cash so someone has gone out on a limb to do this. Reading the report, IEH stated a cash balance of £5.4M would last 2 months at current run rate. The implication is about a year possibly more if they pull their horns in and get rid of surplus resources/jobs (why did they employ so many prior to a sound business footing being established they now have to shed 200 jobs??). The management to my mind appeared to be indulging ambitions and dreams rather than realistic profit goals. Hence I notice they are now no longer doing custom jobs and firing people, probably a requirement for the funding approval. Maybe they are all engineers when what is needed is a strong sales, accounting and contractual team. Meditor could be onto a gold mine if the Telco tower deal comes off, it's probably the only way we will get our money back too as ordinary shareholders. Given the managements ineptitude so far, I really hope they have representatives from Meditor helping them with closing the deal. If I was the Telco in question I don't think I'd enter into a contract with a company on the brink unless they can prove their longevity. That is going to be one heck of a mountain to climb I suspect. Fingers crossed huh!!!!!
Steady climb from here. Taking into account the dilution due to the funding deal I still see these should be trading closer to 20p rather than 10p.What does surprise me is the lack of trading volume since the deal was completed which indicates a more stable shereholder base with the potential for others to join the party.Still a high risk play with the potential for a further funding round causing furter dilution. Overall I believe the technology (including that which has been mothballed worth more than 12 p p/s.Not for widows and Orphans but those who dabble in oil explorers it may offer a unique type of 'play' on the market.Of course WTFDIK!

Re: Too little too late well i suppose the value of your holding is around £60 now. approx 40% up since your post on 27th.
Too little too late Yet another share I was enticed into buying - at £2.33 ...... ah well. They are going down but the value is so low following my £1000 outlay - I cannot ven be bothered to get £42.84 back

Late trade Interesting late trade of £23k. News coming?
Re: Nervous Postings Agree they have the tech OWO, my contention is they don't know how to sell it. Thus a saviour may find it most cost effective to purchase from the liquidator. IEH cut costs but far, far too late, solvency was coming down on them like a train, plus they should have been dealing with 3 suitor's for refinancing not just one dubious source. You mention "Buys", coming in, this is irrelevant to cash flow unless it's from a rights issue which it isn't. I am painting the worst picture here, my apologies, I really want to be wrong but I also think the management are and have been a shambles. They probably know this which is why there is such a wall of silence and poorly worded RNS's which do nothing to calm nervesLets see and lets hope there is a benign force out there somewhere.
Re: Nervous Postings Let's see reader. They got some valuable technology and buys still coming in.At these prices the risk/reward looks to the significant upside for big profits. Good luck whatever your choice.
Nervous Postings Just because you post what you want to hear doesn't mean it's true. This company is in it's death throes caused by management who have squandered investment and failed to capitalise on a potential winner. They appear to be egg heads with no commercial sense and who stare down the microscope when they should be selling. Unless a saviour comes along, quite frankly this is due for the dustbin although I wish differently, so stop kidding yourselves and congratulating failure..
Re: early buys Looks like folk taking positions again. Nears must be imminent now.
early buys some good early buying this morning...a precursor perhaps...
Re: Drifting down A few folk will be regretting selling out when the MMs dropped the price to 10p.A drift on no news but 100% upside easily possible when good news comes. Remember we spiked to 20p just on news that talks continue and restructuring.Potential multi bagger here so happy to be holding and had a cheeky top up on the drop thus morning.Good luck a
