Re: Product launch RNS Intelligent Energy launches the FCM-800 series a new product range for portable and stationary applicationsPublished on Wed 14 June, 2017Today, Intelligent Energy has announced the launch of a new range of fuel cell module products designed specifically for portable and stationary power applications. The zero emission FCM-800 series utilises Intelligent Energys class leading air cooled PEM fuel cell technology which has been developed over the last 30 years.
Product launch RNS Another piece of good news on commercialisation. Looking forward to moving towards greater revenue and profit and a better share price and spread. - the latter is currently showing 15% on moneyam though less here- ridiculous even for an AIM company.
Any ideas Whatever's happening lets hope it's sustainable...I am conscious of the wide spread giving a 'false' mid price in relation to actual trades. anyway, moving up is moving up.
Re: RNS I just read "looking at the costs of being a Ltd company". Does this mean they may force us to sell our shares back at a huge loss due to the insistence of the financiers?
RNS Big response to RNS this morning - there's life in those cells still....Now this will be part of the great unwinding to come in the next few years that will affect industry and academia....If this is the positive response to EU funding I worry about all those new technologies that will be denied the opportunity...
Re: what to think? ...... very good points duckie .....SAGE
Re: what to think? Or, perhaps, how to think? Maybe like the holder of some of the 30m (25%) shares voted against Directors' Remuneration or of the 41m (35%) voted against the re-appointment of no fewer than 3 members of the BoD at yesterday's AGM. I know what I'd be doing!
what to think? no idea...
Sales RNS The timing of the sales announcements , in advance of these announcements ....... ........hhmmmmm ..........SAGE
Re: no certainty You have AFC on the one hand who made positive statements, and are going down .......... and this one making negative statements ..... which way will it go ? ......SAGE
Re: no certainty I can agree with your caution re uncertainty - as I noted earlier my feeling is that although they may have some financial difficulties they do at least have commercial products on the market. If they were still developing products and were struggling for finance then that would be a very different thing. Showing actual sales/contracts to potential investors is better than potential and promises. They still use the latter for the size of the market they are after though. I am holding (adding a bit too) for now.
no certainty This bit in the RNS worries me the most'no certainty'This doesn't give me a good feeling, I'm sure I've read something along those lines before, probably 15-20 years ago and didn't heed the 'between the lines meaning' of it. On that basis I've had to sell out of most of my holding.
Re: buying opportunity added a few on the basis that although volatile, there is a set of commercial products and sales agreements already with improving revenue and that key investors will take that as a good reason to support the ongoing business in its restructured form. we shall see.
