Re: Options I also have no issue with this. 39m is less than 3% shares in issue and hopefully should provide a massive incentive for the team, giving them more skin in the game to keep them pushing the project. As a bonus it is an addition 2m cash coming into the business if all the new options are taken up.
Re: Options Disagree with your sell rec but agree with your sentiment over the options. A 4.8p exercise prices is far to low and unambitious. Would have liked to see the BOD showing confidence and setting at least at 8p. Too greedy IMO but the fundamentals remain the same and so I will stay invested for what I confidently expect to be a multi bagger from here in the next year or so.
Options This type of deal dressed up as a recommendation from the remuneration committee is disgusting. The existing shareholders are diluted big time and the directors have a slam dunk guarantee they get their options. The rising nickel price should get them there with no effort required on their behalf
Investment Case This: [link] is well with a read IMHO!MP

Re: AGM Summary I am unable to paste the relevant post but this comment by Raymund who attended the AGM I asked seems very interesting to me:"I asked Jeremy (CEO) about interest in a possible buyout and he confirmed that hes has had approaches but clearly early days still to get fair value. Asking what this would be, I suggested well North of 20p to which he nodded."
AGM Summary Some very good summaries on ADVFN. Not a member there so can't paste here. No new news, but attendees seem to be convinced that Management know what they are doing.

Re: Investor Call MexPete - agreed. He came over really well and, during questions, convinced me that he not only knows the company, but also really knows the market that it is in. I always like to hear that the sp (paraphrasing) should be "several multiples from where we are now" and I think that was just in reference to Araguaia....
Re: Investor Call 40 minutes well spent! Our CEO certainly knows his onions! Very competent and highly professional.

Re: RNS hi it will take time ,but it will happen
Re: RNS Surprised there has not been a reaction on here. Looks VERY good to me and have taken 200k shares this morning. Had to get them in two lots. Am happy to sit back and see value realised here.
