Re: Looking good Please elaborate__________ _________Andrew Black, Non Executive Director, bought 14,000,000 shares in the company on the 9th June 2016 at a price of 2.00p.In March this year the Company sold its UK Operations to Andrew Black for a consideration of £1 in cash. The sale was decided because of the significant cash burn rate and limited cash resources available to the Company (in the absence of a significant further fundraising). This despite 2015 restructuring. So here we have poor management decisions and planning that has cost the company dearly. Who have the company been borrowing from? Why, Mr Black of course. They are deeply in hock to him.Mr Black holds 26+% of the issued voting rights and has been recently purchasing at rock bottom prices. He is stake building, possibly preparing for a takeover of what is perceived to be a distressed company. At 30% he will be legally obliged to make an offer for the company. For years, at each trading update, we have been promised jam tomorrow. There is always a reason why it's not this year. Now we hear that management expects the company to become profitable in 2016. Being a director Mr Black is well positioned to see if the forecast is achievable this time. If so, what better time to bid for the company? who will the losers be? Why the poor old PIs again, of course who were gullible enough to have held onto the shares in the belief that things couldn't get worse.Obviously this is just the view of one peed off investor who has a cynical view of the world. I hope that with the support of Mr Black HYR progresses to become the successful and profitable company it deserves to be.Callun

Re: Looking good It's only looking good for Mr Black.Shocking how this company value has been frittered away by so called expert management. It was only a few months ago that a concerned poster asked if the SP could possibly go below 3p. It's still below 3p. That's not my definition of looking good.I fear that long term holders are about to be robbed. I hope to be proved wrong since I am one.Callun

Re: Looking good Looking very very good. Share price at an all time low and trend reversal confirmed. Bod plan to go private? I doubt but nowhere near enough shares.

Re: Looking good You must be kidding. Management seem intent on taking HYR private.

Re: ummmmm Hi Madoff Jnr,Good question. It certainly looks that way after his recent purchase at a bargain basement price. Another 4% or so of voting rights and he will have to make an offer for the company, I believe. If that happens, watch out for the fancy footwork of the man holding all of those loan notes. He's already got a chunk for £1.I doubt he will want to pay oermuch for the rest.Callun

ummmmm Anyone out there....!Is there something going on here...? is Mr Black mounting a take over of this part of the company that he doesn't own....?

Re: OMG Wot, now that we have been promised riches in 2016? Surely not.And only 2 weeks before the AGM?

OMG About to be nicked ?

Rock and a hard place HYR is totally in hock to Bert Black controlling the purse strings and what he says pretty much goes. The US partners have a ready source to sell there oil and get it processed. There really isn't a business here for an independent shareholder in my opinion. More than likely will be taken private. I'd hold on to to the shares. You'll probably see it back on the market in a few years.

What is going on Bad news, share price goes down. Good news, share price goes down. Investor sells, share price goes down, investor buys, share price goes down. What is happening to this stock? Is there some manipulation going on?

Re: results....... Hydro lack here we come !!

Callun 13 Apr 2016

Re: results....... 'fraid so.Management seem intent on taking out loans with Mr Black, and then when their money making schemes turn into lossmakers they give him part of the company. Eventually he will own it all and then we will see what a profitable company it could have been. Probably.
