Re: Directors topping up Yeah, good to see. Owen Michaelson also bought a good chunk in May. I like this company very much and it's currently my only big investment. It's not gonna get you rich overnight, it's very much a steady progress share, hold and top up on the dips.The last few results have shown double digit returns on shareholders funds, it's paying a small but growing dividend twice a year, and the chart since the lows of 2012-13 is very encouraging. It's replacing it's land bank, at seemingly sensible prices, developing the land it has very well, and it's income portfolio is growing nicely. It's also in a lovely place to benefit from the governments push to diversify economic activity away from London and the south-east.The important thing for the next 8 months is to get the right person to replace Jonson Cox as Chairman. I think he's done a magnificent job over the last 7 years and will be sorry to see him go.All IMHO Artji
