Share price. Looks like someone has given up waiting for any action in this shell as price has dropped to new low.Come on you Directors.

Director change. Directorate Change 20 April 2016 Dominic Wheatley, non-executive director of Highway Capital, has decided to step down from the board with immediate effect following the recent appointment of three new directors to the company. Wheatley commented 'I am really pleased that Maciej Szytko now has a new team to take the company forward and I am looking forward to seeing their progress in due course.' In connection with his resignation, Mr Wheatley has been granted 150,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in Highway Capital at a price of 20 pence per share at any time until 20 April 2021.Options at 20p underpin the price I think, now all awaiting action by new directors.

Fellerman Latest RNS, Paul Fellerman is obviously selling into the rise and reducing his holding which is holding back the share price. I wonder how long he will continue with this. Price would be quite a bit higher without this.

Re: Only poster coldascheese First bought in on 30th March and added ina few trades since.Main market listing, increasing flow of Regulatory News since 11th December,Calibre of new Directors and recent small Director Loan.All tend to suggest action in a few weeks, possibly days.As you say to late to buy on any RTO.

Re: Only poster coldascheese longtech-are you now a shareholder, would be nice to not keep talking to myself ?It's been moving up nicely ,about 50% last few weeks, I'm hoping some action here would attract others but I feel that if a deal comes they will be too late..

Chairman of Bucharest S E appointed Director I seem to be the only poster for this share and its risen over 60% in the last couple of weeks since 3 new directors were appointed including the Chairman of the Bucharest Stock Exchange Ludwik Sobolewski.So far none have bought any shares but clearly they have big plans for the company.Currently only 9 million shares in issue at 22p valueing it at £2 million.Company is main market listed and been looking for the right deal for years.Once any deal or shareholdings are announced the current price could double in an instant.This is a very under the radar stock but with a number of big beasts as either directors or shareholders and I would reccomend a shareholding to all before action commences.Currently 83% of the stock is tied up but a large shareholding went through last week, an RNS is due to advise where to.Expect news very soon.

Up 20%-one to buy now? Up 20% this morning, is the action about to happen here.from lsePutting that aside, we must be pretty close the the new directors having some news for usIt's been over 3 months since Zych and Lota joined the boardAnd over 2 months since Sobolewski (chairman of Bucharest Stock exchange) joined as non exec chairman. These are heavyweight directors heading a main listed £1.26m mcap investment vehicle/shell.

RNS-Exciting news-buy Highway certainly is gearing up for some action with appointment of CEO of Bucharest Stock Exchange as chairman-now 3 new appointments of 3 big boys-things definitely about to fly after all these years as a shell-could get quite exciting.

Moving up again +24%-will it keep going. Has moved up today in a falling market-what is needed now is news on what this team of high calibre guys intend to do here, which should really get the price flying.
