I'm probably wrong, but... These loans from Lind...Secured against the company assets.Zero interestredeemable after 2 years (during which there is no current forecasted income other than more loans, to a company which isnt able to forecats its current financial future beyond 4-6 weeks)Is this just a way of Lind buying up the assets(acreage) in advance of the company ceasing to trade?Like I say, probably wrong, but why not be suspicious?

Herencia Management Congratulations to Graeme Sloan and co for sticking with Herencia through the hard times. They the BOD could have walked away and we the PI's would have ended up with nothing.Very few companies survive in AIM and hopefully the BOD will get the additional funding required to secure Herencia as a profitable mining company

Turn out the lights....... Prop open the fire exits and drink that last bottle of wine. waiting for the delisting of the company at any moment, quick sell of any remaining assets for pay for the BoD party before they set up the next cash cow

I have a wonderful investment oppertunity Send me loads of money as i am going to get very rich.I have bought some waste ground along way from any civilisation and i am going to make up a story about drilling holes No sorry paying a contractor to Drill holes and then paying a company to evaluate the samples I said I had collected and then paying myself loads of money to be in charge.I have to make announcements now and again about how wonderful the prospects are and then now and again i will ask you to send me loads more money because i have spent most of what I call starting capital Are you starting to get the idea?I have run out of Prosac and whiskyI am just going to throw my self from the bridge, tell Alice and the children I Love them
